Renewal by Andersen of Western Washington

Over the last year, we have replaced all of our windows and French doors with Renewal by Andersen products. While we love all of them, we had a couple of issues with the door and one of the windows. After contacting our project manager, Stephen Sundstrom came to our home and efficiently fixed both problems. He was… Read full review

Rick was great. He was professional and efficient. Got the job done quickly and cleaned up after himself. Would love to have him out again to do more work if we need it.

Needed to have some of my windows inspected for potential repair as I observed recently a very tiny gap between the windows and the exterior frame at a couple of areas per each window. Technician Stephen Sundstrom arrived early and provided options. Only 1 window he felt needed to be addressed while the others… Read full review

The Service Team: Stephen S, Rick T, and Daniel V were very friendly, listened to our concerns and did complete the project in the timeframe they had projected. We have very high windows, so scaffolding had to be used. They were very safety conscious. After the job was completed Stephen went over what was done in… Read full review

Daniel Vendoza and Rick Torres replaced our cracked window. All of the folks we’ve worked with at Andersen have been top notch but these two guys were a cut above. They did a professional job, perfect job cleaning up, great communicators and very helpful answering our questions and fixing minor issues with one of our doors. Couldn’t be happier!

Service Tech Daniel Ventoza came out today because the caulking of our new bay windows was stained. He replaced some of the caulking and was able to clean the rest. He did an excellent job and my windows now look amazing.

Everything about this company is top shelf, from the support in the office to the support in the field. I'm generally a little uncomfortable having contractors to our remote house, but would not hesitate for a second with Anderson. The last tech out, Rick Torres, was no exception, friendly, professional, punctual and efficient, going the extra mile.

RBA replaced approx 20 windows for me over a year ago. They are beautiful. I recently had Kalob K. and Javier B. out to fix a locking mechanism on one of them. As it turns out, there was nothing wrong with the mechanism...it was operator (my) error. They were incredibly gracious and kind in light of my blunder.… Read full review

Wear and tear minor issues occurred over time. I requested service. We are remodeling our kitchen and family room. The first RBA installers put our kitchen window in crooked.
