Got the battery on my Samsung S23 Ultra changed, since it degraded below 70% health over the years. Unfortunately I forgot to ask whether they use original or after market batteries, and I got an aftermarket one, which is consistently showing only 87% health, despite being new. Not happy at all. It's an improvement, but it doesn't last as long as it did when I got this phone. If I new they were gonna use an aftermarket battery, I would have taken it to a different shop to get an original Samsung battery.
Bring it back in, we would be happy to swap it out for an original Samsung battery.

went to go get my phone screen replaced because my previous screen replacement from another store was horrendous (there were purple spots, the screen kept activating off touch from anything that made contact with it, such as the side of my palm and being in a tight pocket) and the screen cracked after being dropped once when my original screen suffered way more (oops) they were very friendly and kind, were very clear about the process and pricing (even if the total came out to be more than expected on my end, it was still cheaper than the other stores i called) and the repair was very fast. its been few days and i've had no issues with my new screen or screen protector, and i genuinely cannot stop fawning over just how nicely it's been working. if any of my other electronics break the repair lounge going to be my new go-to for consideration; it's been such a relief to finally have my phone stop bugging out for the past month T-T
