Rick came by this morning and replaced our bait boxes and swept our cobwebs off and was overall a great guy to work with. He explained some things to us and we would welcome him back.

I had a very concerning experience with one of your employees around 3:30 PM on 3/19/26. While I was driving my semi truck on the highway, your employee was entering from an on-ramp but failed to properly adjust their speed to merge safely. They neither sped up nor slowed down, which put me in a dangerous position since a semi cannot easily brake or change lanes. After falling behind me, the employee then sped past my truck and made an inappropriate hand gesture. Shortly after, I observed them using their phone while driving and swerving within their lane. For reference, the vehicle had Arizona license plate VBA15G. This type of behavior is extremely dangerous and unprofessional, especially around commercial vehicles. I strongly urge you to address this issue, as it raises serious safety concerns and reflects poorly on your company.
