Rich is very considered of my time. He will call the day before & asks me what time frame works for me. He then shows up within that time frame. He is polite, respectful, professional & efficient. Would recommend him without reservation for all termite related issues.
We had quite a cockroach problem when we moved into the new place. Responsible came out, and we have not seen one cockroach since! Tina, the tech that comes out is awesome. She is courteous, professional, and has no problem going the extra mile.
