Angel has been a lifesaver at all of our uptown properties. He’s communicative, consistent, and always willing to go above and beyond and surpass our expectations. 10/10 recommend
Angel came here & fixed all of the problems. He is very helpful & he is a nice person too.
Angel was my service tech. He arrived very quickly. We had some water damage in the bathroom. All he did today was put in fans and a dehumidifier and will return in the morning.
Showed up same day and had us set up quickly. Great company
I have now had 2 apartments that have had water damage and Angel has been great both times! He is very personable and does a phenomenal job getting your place back to new.
Angel was excellent to work with from start to finish. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to thoroughly explain what he was doing throughout the inspection. He carefully checked the garage wall with a moisture meter, made the necessary cutouts where moisture was detected, treated the affected areas…
Very honest and knowledgeable company! Angel was a great tech and went out of his way to identify the issue. We didn’t need remediation work - Refreshing to have a company that still looks out for their customers instead of recommending unneeded work. And we have the peace of mind that we don’t have water damage.
Angel and his team came out and helped deal with a flood caused by my dog turning on the bidet while I was at work. They were super nice and super cool! They were helpful and quick for it being a Saturday! Bless them!
Angel is awesome with getting things done at the property!
came out quick and did great work when my kids flooded an upstairs bathroom. thankfully the damage didn't warrant a full insurance claim and their cost was super reasonable.
We had a pipe burst during the freeze and the company we were using was not working out. I contacted Brennan Shingelton with Restoration Solutions. He came out the same day and hit the ground running. The guys were great to work with. They completed the work on schedule and within budget. We will definitely be using them again.
Restoration Solutions did a great job after a roof leak with repair and repainting of two offices. They were clean efficient and on time.
I've been doing residential construction for 35 years, Restorations Solutions is in the top 2 all time and I've tried a bunch, great service from calling to schedule to services rendered! Excellent all the way around!
There is a phenomenal group of people that run this company. Not sure why but most seemingly catastrophic occurrences happen on the weekend and this company was there for me. To be clear all the folks involved were top notch but I would like to give a special shout out to Tyler and Angel. Angel's sense of…
I really enjoy working with Restoration Solutions. I've worked with them for a few years now at 2 different companies. They're always courteous, quick to respond, professional and their prices are very reasonable compared to other restoration companies. Always a pleasure!!
They were very professional, friendly & easy to work with. All of the work done was of good quality.
Work was done quick and professionally. Great experience.
All done with care of area. Clean up at end of day and job
Wolf, Miguel and Cesar helped perform water restoration activity at my new property due to plumbing water leakage. They communicated with the builder and kept me informed in the entire process. Amanda coordinated the schedule to work with my timeline. Very professional company and definitely recommend others.
Restoration Solutions responded quickly to mitigate damage from a water leak in my attic. Wolfe worked quickly and professionally to mitigate the damage. He kept me informed about the progress, next steps and arrival times for all appointments. I would highly recommend this company and Wolfe for any damage mitigation needs!
Restoration Solutions was a lifesafer, immediately following the Feb. 2021 freeze and extensive flooding and water damage our office building sustained in Grapevine, Tx. They were on nsite day one, engaged a large team that cleaned up the mess and dried out the building in short order. They also completed extensive…
We contracted with Restoration Solutions when we had a pipe burst during the Texas February 2021 freeze. Todd McMullin was assigned as the Project Manager. Todd has done a very professional job during the process, which took over seven months. He coordinated all of the vendors, including carpet, ceramic tile,…
Wolf from RS was awesome! He got me hooked up with getting some vents inside my home after a reinstall of a sink that went wrong from another company. He cut the sheetrock and trashed my baseboards that were damaged. I am a happy customer with the service & care they had to my home and most importantly they…
