I had a facial here about a year - 2 years ago with Allison. She is very knowledgeable and kind! I really enjoyed my facial!
Never had anything less than a 5 star experience with REVIVE at The Parlor! After amazing consistency in services I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to be a member. Karamia provided the best custom facial and recommended products that allow for a simply routine at home. Couldn’t recommend more, what an all star team! Can’t wait for my upcoming services.

1 star is generous. I paid $200 for a gift card to this business, and when my mother-in-law finally tried to use it, they turned her away and offered a pathetic “$25 off” instead. Imagine taking people’s money upfront and then refusing to honor what was already paid for. What makes it even worse is this gift was bought for her after the passing of her mother so she could finally do something nice for herself. Instead, this business chose greed and excuses over basic customer service and human decency. If you sell gift cards, honor them. Customers are not responsible for your ownership changes, financial issues, or poor business practices. Completely unprofessional and honestly one of the most embarrassing customer experiences I’ve witnessed. I would strongly recommend people think twice before giving this business their money.

To provide some important context for anyone reading this: Revive ATP was acquired as an asset sale from the previous ownership. As is standard in asset sales, we did not assume the prior business's liabilities, including gift cards sold before our ownership. The gift card in question was purchased in 2024 under prior ownership, before our business existed. This is a legal and common business practice, and our team was transparent about this when you visited. That said, because we genuinely care about the community we serve, we offered 20% off any service as a goodwill courtesy. A gesture that far exceeds the "$25 off" referenced in this review. We extended that offer not because we were obligated to, but because we wanted to acknowledge your frustration. We take our reputation seriously and remain committed to providing excellent care to every client who walks through our doors. We welcome anyone who would like to experience our services firsthand and hope to earn your trust over time
