Rich and his crew were fantastic. He explained the process and what to expect beforehand, and answered all our concerns. We have 2 small children and pets in the house, and he calmed our nerves by explaining the remediation process in great detail. He had excellent communication and responded to our questions promptly throughout the process. All the drywall that was needed to be removed was cut away cleanly, ensuring that the new drywall would be installed properly. Job was cleaned up fully after remediation was completed. I hope I don't have mold again, but I will absolutely be calling Revro again if I do.
