Update 3: We moved to a new home in a new county and Reynolds is STILL as great as ever. Thank you!!! Update 2: We had some spiders with the weather starting to get cold. 2023-09-04 Reynolds Pest Control is consistently great, every visit, including today, where they addressed some ant, wasp, and earwig issues we were having! Jared did a good job. Very professional and effective.
I had a great experience with Reynolds Pest Control. They addressed the issues at my home quickly and effectively, and the treatments made a noticeable difference. I would definitely recommend them to anyone struggling with ants, spiders or wasps.
We have used Reynolds pest control for about 3 years and they are great. We've had several different techs come and they are always polite and thorough. They can answer questions and take care of requests. A tech noticed that bugs flew out of the grass as he walked on it, so he sprayed and that has stopped. We…
I have been pleased with their service
Love working with them. They are friendly and answer all my questions and most important of all they keep the bugs away! We haven't had a problem since working with them
Reynolds was very helpful in responding to our need to have our ant problem dealt with quickly. They provided a complete home service for a great price. Tucker was friendly and informative. I’m thankful to know Reynolds is taking care of our home.
I am so pleased with the service we get from Reynolds. We have had yellow jacket issues, and a few black widow issues. The technician will spray wherever I ask him to. It gives me peace of mind. I can’t remember the last time I saw a spider in my home-and we don’t even have them spray inside!
Very professional, let me know when they where on there way and was on time. Knew the area and what kind of bugs were here. Answered all of my questions that I had.
Reynolds does such a great job with pest control! I have used them for a couple of years and have nothing but good things to say about them. I have had different people come and each one has been professional and gone above and beyond! They are a great company!
Responsive and great service whenever asked. Always addressed my concerns and rarely ever need to call them back for help with something.
These guys are great to work with! They came sooner than they said they would and they were very professional! I would recommend them to anyone!
Great pest control! They do a very thorough job outside and inside of my house. They have always been kind and respectful. They have a great system to notify me when they will be coming to treat the property and notify me when they are done. I highly recommend them for your pest control needs!
Reynolds has been a gem to work with. Their productively works and their agents are always willing to go the extra mile. They responded very quickly and came out that same week, friendly and professional highly recommend. I have had a different experience with a different company and it would leave an after smell, but with Reynolds pest control I don’t smell a thing and feel safe about the product with my small children.
Thorough and quality work!
We are new to Reynolds Pest Control. We had some ants show up after 5 years in our home. I also had questions about policies and service. The owner, Matt Reynolds, personally answered my questions, to the point that I felt at ease with the company and thd service I was to expect. The service tech, Brigham…
Associate was respectful and professional and explained thoroughly the spraying process.
I have a major problem with elm seed bugs, and since they're new to Utah, have had a hard time finding exterminators that will guarantee treatment for them. Reynolds did the first treatment and already the difference is incredible! They did warn me that the bugs would get a lot worse right after treatment, and that…
I had Reynolds to my home on Saturday, April 9, 2022, and I was extremely satisfied. Dallas was friendly, knowledgeable and personable. This company is well organized and extremely professional. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. You will be very satisfied with Reynolds....I promise!
We moved into an older home and there was a big ant problem inside and a big wasp problem outside. They helped us get rid of those as well as an array of other bugs that have come around since we started using them a year ago. They’re easy to contact if we need them to spray again in between services and they’re friendly and thorough! Price is great too!
Reynolds’s does an amazing job! I don’t remember the last time I saw an insect in my house. They are very thorough and fairly priced.
We moved recently and had lots and lots of spiders and box elder bugs, didn’t realize till today when they did a 2nd treatment that I haven’t seen bugs in 4 months in our home. Very effective!!
Reynolds Pest Control is always reliable and their employees are always friendly! Great company to work with.
Always on time. Friendly.
Reynolds was timely and efficient and adaptable
Reynolds pest control is amazing! I had hundreds(literally) of spiders in my backyard grass in the spring time. I had them come and treat my yard for them. The first time they came and treated my lawn reduced the spiders but I still had quite a few so they came again at no extra charge and re-treated my lawn and…
We are thrilled with Reynolds Pest Control. They do a wonderful job and they are very thorough. I’m grateful to have them take care of us both inside and out. We never see anything. I hate bugs!
Reynolds came and serviced my house for the first time today, and I was super impressed! Brigham (Tech) was super nice, attentive and easy to talk to. They are super thorough with everything that they do. The free Re-Treatment is a huge bonus as well if we see any pests in between visits!
Reynolds Pest makes it really easy to get your home pest free. Their courteous and friendly staff are efficient and on time. With our busy schedule it’s great having someone you can trust treat your home.
Showed up when promised. Arrived wearing a mask. Explained services and pricing. Asked about any specific concerns.
My old pest company closed and they referred me over to Reynolds. It was a seamless transition. Reynolds contacted me ahead of time to let me know and then scheduled a convenient time for my service. The service tech contacted me when he was on his way and arrived on time. He communicated with me about any needs I might have and was done quickly.
Reynolds does an amazing job with my house. They are especially responsive to help outside of normal service calls. We had an issue with ants and Reynolds spent time taking care of the issue without any extra charge. I’ve recommended them to several of my neighbors.
Reynolds have been great to deal with. We’ve been using them all of 2020. With all the madness in the world, only stand to reason this year our house would also be infested with our worst ants, some weird box elder bugs that came in the trillions and other pests. They came and really cared to get the job done…
They offered a great value and showed up on time. Treatment seems to be working well.
We started noticing a lot of ants in our home. I emailed Reynolds and they got back to me that same day. We had our first appointment scheduled two days later. Their prices were better than the other companies I was researching. The appointment was fast and they found a wasp next we didn't know we had. Highly recommend them!
