They were very friendly. And they did a great job. I appreciate their service.
Reynolds’s Pest Control always does an awesome job.
Great at communicating when service will be completed. Helpful and friendly. Quickly responds to any concerns. We canceled for a while because they did so good but quickly regretted it. Tech immediately came out and solved the spider problem. Strongly recommend!!!
Nathan arrived at the appointed time, rang the doorbell, and introduced himself before beginning his work. He returned to the door a few minutes later to ask whether I had seen ants or had any particular concerns. He rang again after completing his work. I also received an emailed report from him detailing the areas…
Update 3: We moved to a new home in a new county and Reynolds is STILL as great as ever. Thank you!!! Update 2: We had some spiders with the weather starting to get cold. Reynolds came out so quickly after I contacted them and they sprayed again! I'm very happy not to have those fun little bugs in my house this…
Excellent service with the attendant being very knowledgeable about wasps as they’ve been an issue here.
Great service with attentive staff. The techs did a thorough job!
Grant was a fantastic technician, very polite, answered all my questions, and took care of all my concerns.
2023-09-04 Reynolds Pest Control is consistently great, every visit, including today, where they addressed some ant, wasp, and earwig issues we were having! Jared did a good job. Reynolds Pest Control is great for the regular indoor/outdoor pest control, plus they have indoor/outdoor rodent control that has really…
They are the Kindness people I have met and they do a great job. They are always on time and will answer any questions you may have. I have not seen any bugs in my home since they started spraying my property. The swaps are not as bad and I don't see very many of them now. I recommend them highly.
Unfortunately, I’ve been disappointed. Not with the interactions with the team but in the outcome of their work. Last year there were so many wasps despite service from Reynolds that I honestly wondered what I was paying for. I was more effective on my own with a spray bottle of soapy water than any of the…
Reynolds came out and dealt with an overwhelming wasp/hornet infestation. When the first employee did not have the necessary equipment to access an infested vent on my roof, the owner came out with the necessary equipment and took care of it. They found nests on my fence and behind bushes as well.
I had a great experience with Reynolds Pest Control. They addressed the issues at my home quickly and effectively, and the treatments made a noticeable difference. I would definitely recommend them to anyone struggling with ants, spiders or wasps.
I haven't left a review because I'm not sure what to say. The technician wasn't here very long maybe 15 minutes which doesn't seem long enough to spray everywhere and it's too early to tell if it worked yet.
Reynolds Pest has done a great job in servicing our property. They are affordable and knowledgeable. They came within a day or two of me contacting them and I have not seen any pests since they have serviced our home. They are also very responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them.
Reynolds Pest control has been a huge help to us, to keep our pests under control. They are dependable, professional, and do all we have contracted them to do. They are awesome!
I was looking for a great company and found one. From the start they have been personable and easy to work with. When I moved to a new place they moved with me. It is easy to schedule appointments and having a year round plan is the way to go. That way, any time you have a need you are covered.
We’ve had such a great experience with this pest control company! Since they started servicing our home, the bugs inside the house and garage are gone, and we’re only seeing very few outside now. It’s made a huge difference. They’re super easy to communicate with, which makes scheduling and questions really simple.…
We have loved using this company. They do a very thorough job. And always show up on time. Great prices also. You won’t be disappointed with their services.
Reynolds Pest Control is the best. They do a very thorough job and always communicates when we are scheduled for service and when the tech will be there. I highly recommend them.
We have used Reynolds pest control for about 3 years and they are great. We've had several different techs come and they are always polite and thorough. They can answer questions and take care of requests. A tech noticed that bugs flew out of the grass as he walked on it, so he sprayed and that has stopped. We…
I have used Reynolds for years and they are great!
I have been pleased with their service
Great Service!
Needed some assistance during a busy time for Reynolds Pest Control. The owner of the company left his office to personally give us the treatment we needed. Can’t beat that service! We really appreciate Reynolds Pest Control. They take care of our home and business inside and out every quarter. And if we have a…
Love working with them. They are friendly and answer all my questions and most important of all they keep the bugs away! We haven't had a problem since working with them
Reynolds pest control is the best of the best. Always communicate well and give phenomenal service! I would recommend them to anyone.
I am so pleased with the service we get from Reynolds. We have had yellow jacket issues, and a few black widow issues. The technician will spray wherever I ask him to. It gives me peace of mind. I can’t remember the last time I saw a spider in my home-and we don’t even have them spray inside!
Very professional, let me know when they where on there way and was on time. Knew the area and what kind of bugs were here. Answered all of my questions that I had.
Reynolds does such a great job with pest control! I have used them for a couple of years and have nothing but good things to say about them. I have had different people come and each one has been professional and gone above and beyond! They are a great company!
Responsive and great service whenever asked. Always addressed my concerns and rarely ever need to call them back for help with something.
Reynolds has been a gem to work with. Their productively works and their agents are always willing to go the extra mile. I appreciate their ability to get my extended eves and come back when the wasps decide to start building again. We have mayflies that appear every year and their treatment has helped to reduce the…
Very reliable and professional.
I have using Reynolds pest control for over two years. They have amazing customer service they’re punctual and respond timely to any concerns that I have with different types of bugs.
They took over for the company who used to take care of our rodent and wasp continuous problem. Have actually kept the voles out of our yard.
This is the best pest control service we have ever had! The technician was extremely thorough - not the typical spray and run. He addressed all of our specific concerns, and the results have been terrific. I highly recommend Reynolds Pest Control!
Best pest control company and we have had a few. Highly recommend!
I have been using Reynold’s for a little over 5 years, and they have been great to work with. I can always tell when it is getting close to needing another treatment because that is the only time I will see a bug in my house. They have always been great at getting me back on the schedule for a re-treat if needed,…
I have had Reynolds Pest control for several years. They always do a good job. They make it very convenient and are very good at communicating their schedule. Whenever there is a problem, they make sure to work hard to rectify and make sure we are always 100% satisfied. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
We have used Reynolds for years. They go above and beyond without n charging us for each little addition to pest control. We have had issues for years with Boxelder bugs and Reynolds has been the only pest control company to take care of them and keep them away. Our next-door neighbor even signed up with Reynolds…
We’ve had excellent service with Reynolds Pest Control. Over the years we’ve been with them we’ve had them sport for insects, rodents, wasps and hornets. We’ve gotten great results. They are thorough, conscientious, and willing to come back if needed.
A great pest control company! Very responsive and they do great work. Had a spider issue and they were there the very next day. Highly recommend!
Pest control is one of the few problems I can cross off my list, thanks to the reliable work of Reynolds Pest Control. Rats running through my yard on their way to my neighbor’s chickens are no longer upsetting. Wasps, spiders and creepy things are a thing of the past. Reynolds knows how to balance protection…
We have been with Reynolds for several years. Always more than willing to go the extra mile and responsive when needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
I love Reynolds Pest Control!! They are very professional, provide excellent customer service & do great work! I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I had a major problem with spiders before I called them & since they have come regularly, I have seen next to zero spiders in my house. They also came inside…
These guys are great! They have always been very responsive to all our requests.
Reynolds pest control is very responsive. But more than that they are friendly and respectful! Hard to find that combination in a business these days!!!
Very thorough technician. Asked questions, was patient and willing to address my concerns about the wasps we've been working on killing.
No sign of spiders and responded quickly when we have had wasp nests.
Matt came the same day to take care of the wasp problem I have. Squeezed me into his schedule, so I’m grateful! Time is of the essence since the yard will be used to host an event in a week and a half! It’s a huge yard with a ton of wasps I did not know about till a few days ago. I hope the issue is mitigated, but…
Great results, great customer service, overall great experience! No bugs or spiders inside our home. Plus they took care of the voles messing up our yard. I would recommend!
Another great visit. Great technicians. Friendly and efficient. Professional service. Very thorough. Love that I can always depend on them!
Amazing customer service and excellent service every time! we love Reynolds!
We called and scheduled an appointment after finding some very large wolf spiders, in our home. Dallas texted me 20mins before he arrives and both gentlemen did a wonderful job. Thanks!
Everyone was very polite and helpful. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and answered all of my questions!
Reynolds does an amazing job at keeping our home bug free! Their communication is excellent, as well as their customer service. Highly recommend these guys, very polite and professional, and best of all, no bugs :)
I have been so impressed by how helpful and professional they have been! I can always contact them. They keep me up to date on when they will be coming by. They quickly took care of our rodent and wasp problems. Everyone I have worked with has been friendly and professional.
I have a major problem with elm seed bugs, and since they're new to Utah, have had a hard time finding exterminators that will guarantee treatment for them. Reynolds did the first treatment and already the difference is incredible! They did warn me that the bugs would get a lot worse right after treatment, and that…
They always do a good job and I have not had spiders or mice since they started servicing my house every 3 months.
I was very impressed with our technician. He was respectful and responsive. He walked through the areas then addressed each area we discussed. Following the service he left detailed notes for follow up. I highly recommend Reynolds pest control.
We moved into an older home and there was a big ant problem inside and a big wasp problem outside. They helped us get rid of those as well as an array of other bugs that have come around since we started using them a year ago. They’re easy to contact if we need them to spray again in between services and they’re friendly and thorough! Price is great too!
Dallas was really awesome and explained everything thoroughly! I already am seeing an improvement on the bug population by my house! Thanks guys!
Reynolds’s does an amazing job! I don’t remember the last time I saw an insect in my house. They are very thorough and fairly priced.
We moved recently and had lots and lots of spiders and box elder bugs, didn’t realize till today when they did a 2nd treatment that I haven’t seen bugs in 4 months in our home. Very effective!!
Reynolds Pest Control is always reliable and their employees are always friendly! Great company to work with.
They come quarterly and keep any bees and wasps from setting up...so far they have been great
We have been using Reynolds Pest Control for several years now. They have been able to help us with several different bug/insect problems that we have had. We have had an on going issue with clover mites. They have gone above and beyond to help us with this problem from trying different products, to spraying lots of areas, and coming out extra times.
Reynolds pest control is amazing! I had hundreds(literally) of spiders in my backyard grass in the spring time. I had them come and treat my yard for them. The first time they came and treated my lawn reduced the spiders but I still had quite a few so they came again at no extra charge and re-treated my lawn and…
We are thrilled with Reynolds Pest Control. They do a wonderful job and they are very thorough. I’m grateful to have them take care of us both inside and out. We never see anything. I hate bugs!
We love Reynolds Pest Control! They are very honest and up front about all their costs. They always text me to let me know when they will be there- give me around an hour heads up. All of them are very kind and professional! Grateful we hired a pest control company we can trust. 👍🏼
We've been very happy with Reynolds and their service. I appreciate their solid communication and promptness in answering our questions. Most importantly we've had almost no issues with pests
Reynolds Pest makes it really easy to get your home pest free. Their courteous and friendly staff are efficient and on time. With our busy schedule it’s great having someone you can trust treat your home.
Showed up when promised. Arrived wearing a mask. Explained services and pricing. Asked about any specific concerns.
Very friendly and knowledgeable
Reynolds does an amazing job with my house. They are especially responsive to help outside of normal service calls. We had an issue with ants and Reynolds spent time taking care of the issue without any extra charge. I’ve recommended them to several of my neighbors.
Very professional and responsive. They do great work.
Reynolds have been great to deal with. We’ve been using them all of 2020. With all the madness in the world, only stand to reason this year our house would also be infested with our worst ants, some weird box elder bugs that came in the trillions and other pests. They came and really cared to get the job done…
Company was responsive, professional and excellent value. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing pest control and I plan to continue utilizing their services.
They offered a great value and showed up on time. Treatment seems to be working well.
We started noticing a lot of ants in our home. I emailed Reynolds and they got back to me that same day. We had our first appointment scheduled two days later. Their prices were better than the other companies I was researching. The appointment was fast and they found a wasp next we didn't know we had. Highly recommend them!
