Met with Vic, and he was fantastic. Answered all my questions, gave options, arrived on time, and was the picture of professional and competent. I’m glad I found this company. They are licensed and insured and provide everything you need to verify. Had a few estimates for the same work and RSG was the clear winner.

I love my new window! Seeing the advertisement on TV prompted me to call RGS . Victor discussed my options and show me samples. Tony, project manager delivered a crew of experts to get the job done. Brandon who installed my window and showed me how to remove screens and windows for cleaning was very helpful. The auxiliary crew that removed debris, scaffolding, and did the detailing with perfectly matched stucco deserves high praise. Jera Bearden was always available for questions, she even came for a follow up visit at my home to bring warranty info and delicious bunt cakes! I will call RGS in the future. They deserve a 5 star rating.

Didn't know getting new gutters could be so easy. Brad answered all my questions and replied quickly. When I changed my mind about the gutter color, Quinton brought two shades of brown on installation day so we could choose the preferred color. The installation looks fantastic. Quinton was very friendly and made some placement adjustments to our new gutters that will help them be more effective. I'm really happy about the entire experience. I like that RGS places gutter hangers 24 inches apart instead of 30 inches, like another business we looked into. After some math, that makes RGS gutters 25% stronger than the competition. That fact, and that the other company never got a quote to me even after I followed up, sealed the deal with RGS. I'm looking forward to the next rain storm. Thanks!

We originally had RGS Exteriors install gutter covers on half our homes gutters since we didn't want to keep cleaning out our gutters. They also installed Heat tape on the eaves of our roof that were prone to ice dams. That was over 15 years ago and they did a great job with install and cleanup. This past month we had a new roof installed, so we were happy that RGS Exteriors and Construction was still in business, since we needed to have the gutter toppers and heat tape removed prior to the roof install and then reinstalled after the new roof was installed.
Once again, they gave us a reasonable bid, showed up on time for the removal and were able to come back right after the new roof was on to reinstall everything.
A highly professional and great company to work with. I would definitely hire them again.

I highly recommend RGS for gutter or any exterior work for homes. RGS replaced my soffits and gutters almost 2 years ago, mostly with leaf guard gutters. My previous gutters were only 3 years old at the time and weren't installed properly and leaked. So, recently, I called RGS after the hail storm for inspection because one was spilling over. Also had some other siding damage on siding that RGS did not install, but asked them to look at. So, Lenny got here quicker than expected and was friendly and knowledgeable and was actually interested in my gutters! We talked about the issues and he took a look. Not a bit of damage. The only problem was that the one gutter without leaf protection was full of leaves and roof "sand". Live and learn about leaf guard I guess. But, he took care of the plug quickly. The siding damage turned out to be just a loose panel that had dropped down. He fixed that in about 1 minute. I was impressed with his friendly and professional attitude. He even gave me his cell phone number in case I had any more trouble with the gutters. He is committed to serving his customers with top notch service. I also had my roof installers check for damage from that hail storm and they commented on how well the soffits and gutters were installed by RGS. RGS is my go to company for my home's exterior needs.

Clint our salesperson was super good. He spent the time to make sure all of our questions were addressed. Our installers, Quinton and Cristo were great. Our gutters and the leaf guard system they put on work wonderfully.
