Victor was an excellent representative of RGS Exteriors. He is knowledgeable and very pleasant and his evaluation, presentation, and sales management. He is wonderful to work with.
I highly recommend RGS for gutter or any exterior work for homes. RGS replaced my soffits and gutters almost 2 years ago, mostly with leaf guard gutters. My previous gutters were only 3 years old at the time and weren't installed properly and leaked. So, recently, I called RGS after the hail storm for inspection…
Lenny is an absolute 5 star! He came bye our home on a short notice, fixed are gutter problem within minutes. Didn't question why or what or how, he just fixed it. Lenny has a permanent place in my phone contact list as from now on I know who to call with any gutter problems. RGS has a great employee who puts his customer first!
We had some gutter damage from trees that we needed fixed and I asked my neighbors and RGS was the only one recommended so I called and was helped immediately. My house visit was thorough and quick and they made it work for our needs and were able to fix all of our gutter repairs. When Quinton and Cristo arrived…
Fella named Lenny Knowlden did the install super nice guy way perfessional and cleaned up after couldnt tell they where even there i would use them again
I had 2 gutter companies come out to my house for what I thought was a simple gutter lift to keep them draining correctly. Both companies told me I had to replace all my gutters. Lenny came out explained how he could lift and brace them. Extend my downspouts to make up the difference. It’s been 6 months and I’ve had…
Brad Evans was prompt, courteous and fun to work with, he gave me an accurate bid. Cristo and Quentin cleaned the rain gutters and installed the Gutter Topper in 1 day. The work looks great! I Highly recommend RGS exteriors for all your home exterior work!!
I want to thank Lenny for the great job he did with maintenance at my home. He arrived on time, informed me what work he would be doing & went the extra mile to clean up & leave the job site in great shape!! I would definitely recommend Lenny for his expertise & will be calling him for future work!! Thanks again Lenny!!
Contractors were on time, competent, and accommodating to our unique requirements. Would/will use them again without esitation.
Work was done efficiently and they cleaned up after themselves.
From the response to my inquiry and scheduling to the project estimate (Clint) to the project installation and completion (Quinton and Cristo), RGS Exteriors was professional and efficient. The team worked well together, removing, installing and sloping my new gutters in about 2 hours. They even went above and…
Normally i do not leave reviews but I was extremely happy with the work Gabriel and Tate did on the new rain gutters on my house today. They were courteous, professional and fast. They cleaned up after themselves. Gabriel continually checked to ensure they drain properly. They made sure the flashing was all done…
RGS did a great job today on my Raingutters. Quinton & Cristo, did a wonderful job. They were on time. We walked the entire job. We discussed different problem areas and how they would correct the problem areas. During the installation they found ways to improve the installation. They cleaned up the entire area.…
I have been seeing RGS adds on the TV for several years now and finally decided to move forward with updating my siding and rain gutters. The initial meeting with Ron went very well. He explained in detail the various products that were available, pricing and strongly emphasized the 10 year warranty. After our…
From start to end my experience with RGS was fantastic. I worked with Clint Mackay for my estimate. He took the time to sit down and walk me through the full project and confirmed what my expectations were for how I wanted the end result to look. He was patient with my questions and I didn't feel rushed or forced…
The whole team at RGS was fantastic - from Ron bidding the project, to Taya and Haley scheduling and taking payment, to Gabe and Romell installing. Thank you! Can't wait for it to rain.
Everyone involved was great. The bidder was very polite and very prepared to help us. The installers went right to work and were done with the installation very quickly. The office help was fantastic also. They kept us informed and up to date. It was a very good experience all around.
This is the second time we have used RGS...The first time was to install gutter covers on the front of the house. We were so impressed with the work we asked them back to cover all the gutters. Now I will never need to clean a gutter ever again!
Ontime, professional knowledgeable
Aaron Clough is professional, timely, and was clear about the job. The installers- Cristobal and Joey were prompt and thorough.. I’m pleased with their installation. Allyson has been informative and professional throughout. Recently we had RGS remove and replace our gutter toppers to accommodate our new roof…
Heat cable and gutter repair
Kelly did a fantastic job!! He deserves a 5 star reward!!
The estimator was incredible - he sold me on the company. The installer was equally fabulous. Three stars because the office staff leaves much to be desired. Be prepared for shockingly thoughtless comments and questions from the office staff. So long as you're prepared and have no expectations that the folks on…
RGS was called to correct a roofing mistake. My roofing company reinstalled my gutter covers improperly. Josh and Tayson were very professional and showed me through pictures what they had done. After thinking of how to save this new roof and make everything work they came up with an idea that solved a problem…
Honest, straightforward company. There were no surprises, except they were able to get to my project faster than they told me initially. They communicated everything with me and did fast, quality work. I would recommend them for sure.
Complete rain gutter replacement. Josh went up and beyond my expectations. He was efficient, didn't leave a mess behind, and thoughtful about flower gardens and patios. Thanks for the best service Josh!
