Honesty is the best policy and Scott was very honest with me. He looked around my house, told me my situation, gave me a game plan, and did the work. Didn’t feel like I was being finessed like one of these other pest companies that just wanted a quick buck.

I was disappointed with the service compared to other pest control companies I’ve used. RH Miller Pest Control does not remove mud dauber nests from exterior walls or spider webs from pool enclosures, which I expected as part of routine service. Overall, the experience felt less customer‑focused than competitors. There are better options available.

Matt, from R H Miller came out to our home a couple weeks to assess the needs of our yard. He was spot on with his assessment as a follow-up visit two weeks later demonstrated. I wouldn't use anyone else for my fertilize and pest service control services.

Crystal is awesome! She always takes care and is very thorough. She always checks if they're have been any issues and great with explaining.

I had several visits from R.H. Miller to address a roach issue. On the first visit, I was told there were no signs of roaches or entry points, and the technician pushed me to sign up for pest control services even though this was already covered under my rental lease. I personally captured images of multiple roach sightings and identified several possible entry points for pests. Despite multiple follow-up visits, the issue persisted longer than expected, and the initial assessment proved inaccurate and disappointing. I also found it unprofessional that the technician sat on my furniture after spraying both inside and outside. Nearly a year later, and after working with my landlord to seal the entry points I identified myself, I am I finally having my first quarter without roaches.
