The new roofing project was very smooth from start to finish with Richard's Hayward Roof Repair. From the estimator Jaxon to the job site supervisor Julian, everyone kept me updated and explained each part of the roof replacement in simple terms. Julian did a great job helping me understand the condition of the old…
I recently worked with a roofing team and was very happy with the outcome. From the beginning, Randall gave me a clear and detailed estimate, which made me feel confident about the whole process. The crew did excellent roof work, replacing my shingles with care, accuracy, and real attention to detail. The finished…
They did an excellent job on my new standing seam metal roof. Seth is very knowledgeable and leads a well organized roofing crew. The team removed my old roof and installed the new standing seam system within the estimated timeline. Their attention to detail was outstanding, from the underlayment and flashing work…
They handled our roof and gutters, including the solar panel removal and reinstallation, and the whole roofing job turned out great. Jaxon worked closely with our insurance company and helped get nearly everything covered except the deductible, even the extra items that came up once the roof installation started.…
If i could give Richard's Hayward Roof Repair more than five stars, i would. After a storm in Hayward, we had roof edge, gutter, and exterior damage, and it took months to get our insurance claim sorted out. jaxon and seth worked closely with us and with the insurance company to make sure we received the right…
I’m very satisfied and would gladly refer them. My updated experience has been much better. Randall followed up about a leak issue on my grandmother’s roof and made sure the repair was handled the right way. When we reached out through the website and by phone, they got back to us and explained the roofing work…
After a recent storm, we noticed a roof leak that made its way through the ceiling in our daughter’s bedroom. We contacted a few roofing contractors, but several never followed through on their scheduled appointments. Randall was the one who showed up on time, listened carefully, and seemed truly concerned about the…
This review is long overdue, but better late than never. After part of my daughter’s bedroom ceiling came down, i was very thankful she was not in bed at the time. I first worked through my insurance claim and got an estimate for shingle replacement and the damaged ceiling area. Later, a friend recommended Richard's…
We had a very good experience working with Seth and the roofing crew. After moving into our home in Hayward, we found an attic mold problem caused by poor roof and attic ventilation. The plan was to improve the venting by adding several new roof vents, and since the roof was already near the end of its service life,…
Randall and his roofing crews are the kind of pros people say are hard to find now. They arrived when they said they would, kept the roofing and exterior work on schedule, and stayed within the budget they quoted. These days it can be tough just to get someone out to inspect a roof or give an estimate, but Randall…

After a strong storm caused roof damage in our area, the roofing crew really stepped up and took great care of us.
