Is Richard's Hayward Roof Repair any good?

My roof was leaking over the back room, so I called a roofing company after a recommendation. The person on the phone was very professional, and Seth was just as helpful when he came out to inspect the roof and explain the issue. It looked like an old patch job from a previous owner had been done poorly, which…

This roofing team was excellent to work with. They came out on a Saturday to inspect a loose shingle on my roof, and by that Tuesday they had already called to explain that a full roof replacement would be the best long term option. They handled the local approval process in Hayward, kept me updated at each step,…

They did an amazing job, and I would highly recommend Richard's Hayward Roof Repair for any roofing work you need. We had two leaks showing in our ceiling, so we reached out to several roofing companies to inspect the roof, and they were by far the most responsive and helpful. Their team completed a detailed roof…

On the first visit, Seth took time to explain the roofing products, walk me through how the roof system would be installed, and answer all of my questions clearly and respectfully. Randall…

They handled our roof and gutters, including the solar panel removal and reinstallation, and the whole roofing job turned out great. Jaxon worked closely with our insurance company and helped get nearly everything covered except the deductible, even the extra items that came up once the roof installation started.…

We were really fortunate to find this roofing crew. A neighbor recommended them, and we are very glad we moved forward. Randall, the estimator, showed up with a ladder and gave us a clear, straightforward roof inspection without any sales pressure. He explained everything in simple terms, made solid recommendations…

This review is long overdue, but better late than never. After part of my daughter’s bedroom ceiling came down, i was very thankful she was not in bed at the time. I first worked through my insurance claim and got an estimate for shingle replacement and the damaged ceiling area. Later, a friend recommended Richard's…

I can’t say enough good things about this roofing team and their representative Thomas. Thomas was polite, helpful, and took the time to explain every part of the roof replacement process in simple terms. He even went over extra details I had not thought to ask about, like how the crew would handle the gutters,…

Richard's Hayward Roof Repair made our roof replacement process easy from start to finish. Brantley brought shingle samples up to the roof so we could compare colors in the right light and pick the best match for our home. He stayed very quick with texts and emails, explained the roofing details clearly, and gave us…

we recently hired richard's hayward roof repair after seeing the great work they did on our neighbor’s roof. not long after their job was finished, a strong storm hit hayward and caused some damage to our property, including several missing shingles. while our neighbor’s roof stayed in perfect shape, ours needed…

He helped me work with my insurance company, and even met the adjuster at my home in Hayward to inspect everything together. They found that my roof, skylights, gutters, leaf screens,…

Malachi explained every part of the process, from helping me with my insurance claim to inspecting the roof and being there when the insurance adjuster checked things out.
