Is Richard's Hayward Roof Repair any good?

Richard's Hayward Roof Repair was recommended to me by a friend to replace the storm-damaged roof on my home in Hayward. From the first visit, Julian, one of the owners, came out to inspect the roofing system and seemed honest, reliable, and very skilled. That impression stayed true during the full roof replacement…

They did an amazing job, and I would highly recommend Richard's Hayward Roof Repair for any roofing work you need. We had two leaks showing in our ceiling, so we reached out to several roofing companies to inspect the roof, and they were by far the most responsive and helpful. Their team completed a detailed roof…

Had some worn roof edging and damaged fascia that needed to be removed and replaced, and there were a few problem spots on another section of the roof line that also needed attention. Richard's Hayward Roof Repair sent randall and his crew out to inspect everything, explain the condition of the materials, and…

They handled our roof and gutters, including the solar panel removal and reinstallation, and the whole roofing job turned out great. Jaxon worked closely with our insurance company and helped get nearly everything covered except the deductible, even the extra items that came up once the roof installation started.…

We were really fortunate to find this roofing crew. A neighbor recommended them, and we are very glad we moved forward. Randall, the estimator, showed up with a ladder and gave us a clear, straightforward roof inspection without any sales pressure. He explained everything in simple terms, made solid recommendations…

If i could give Richard's Hayward Roof Repair more than five stars, i would. After a storm in Hayward, we had roof edge, gutter, and exterior damage, and it took months to get our insurance claim sorted out. jaxon and seth worked closely with us and with the insurance company to make sure we received the right…

I’m very satisfied and would gladly refer them. My updated experience has been much better. As a new homeowner, i knew a roof replacement would need to happen at some point, but it came up much sooner than expected. Within just a couple of weeks, they had someone out to inspect the roofing system and even check inside for any signs of leaks or damage. They gave me a clear estimate for the new roof and…

Richard's Hayward Roof Repair completed our new shingle and flashing installation, and the whole roofing project went very smoothly. thomas was very helpful as the sales consultant, walking us through the best shingle color, style, and overall roof options for our home. The crew showed up on the promised day, got…

Had a new roof installed, and the whole roofing crew did an excellent job. They replaced the roof, added two roof vents, and installed a skylight, which really improved airflow and natural light in the house. The work was finished in one full day and just a little time the next morning, which was impressive for a…

Randall and his roofing crews are the kind of pros people say are hard to find now. They arrived when they said they would, kept the roofing and exterior work on schedule, and stayed within the budget they quoted. These days it can be tough just to get someone out to inspect a roof or give an estimate, but Randall…

I had a fantastic experience working with this roofing company. When my mom’s roof was badly damaged by strong winds, they were able to replace most of it in just one day—even though they had said it might take two. The work was top-notch and really made the house look great. Recently, my own roof started leaking…
