Customers frequently cite affordable pricing, professional staff, and efficient service for tire and engine repairs. Recurring themes include helpful communication and honest workmanship. However, several low-star reviews describe unresolved mechanical issues after repairs, unexpected charges exceeding original quotes, and incorrect parts provided without receipts. These negative experiences contrast with the majority of positive feedback regarding the shop's reliability and customer care.
