Very knowledgeable in his craft and easy to relate to when it came to what was needed and when or where it would be utilized

Alonzo did a thorough job and he was very knowledgeable about the ant problem and how to treat them!

Austin communicates really well. They knock all the wasps and stuff down and treat ants inside. 10/10

Kenneth is fantastic! He knows his stuff, is informative and polite. Definitely recommend RIDD.

The technician came and inspected. He didn't just come and just start spraying. Stuff, he actually looked to see what he needed to do, and then he proceeded with his work..

Austin was very professional, explained the follow up visit, ask the right questions and gave recommendations.

8/29/26- Good job Brett. I left you a tip. I will say this is a good way to tell when they come out. Hmmm looks like I went most of April, May….almost 5 months!!! So they have never done this but maybe there an explanation. Now I know why my bugs and spiders were everywhere! I missed last week only bc it was… Read full review

Kenneth Robinson did an awesome job. He was very personable and respectful and gave us time to deal with our spastic dogs. They are not usually aggressive but they sound like it and scare some people. He gave us time to get them out of the house while he provided service.

Caleb with Ridd was great. He was thorough in his walk through and made sure he answered all of my questions.

Gary was Great and it was a pleasure doing business with him hope that he will be the one to come out to our home

Ridd has done an excellent job keeping our home pest-free and I HIGHLY recommend them!

They promise one thing and do entirely something else. I tried to schedule a follow up 4 days in advance because of an upcoming kids party and still they couldn’t accommodate. One guy showed up two days after (on my original scheduled appointment) and he claimed he did the mosquito treatment in the whole yard but… Read full review

Very good service.

The tech who came to my home was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He educated me on the types of ants that we have on our property and explained exactly what he was doing to help us control them.

Chandler took the time to explain everything thoroughly then raven came out to handle the field work! Did an amazing job! and made sure the process was simple and easy. Highly recommend RIDD Pest control!

Ive been with RIDD 3 months and its no different from other pest control its $49 when my former pest control was $40. What I'm displeased is that its no different and more pricy. They promised extra but its the same, cant cancel or else I have to pay $399. They make you make a 2 year contract without realizing.… Read full review

Jared was courteous and professional. Hopefully I will see the difference after the treatment! I want to take this time to thank you for your positive interactions yesterday as we communicated about pest control agreement. I want RIDD to be informed that I've own my home for over 10 years and have never went into an… Read full review

He's a super nice and professional person that addressed all my concerns. I haven't been too happy with the company from the start and was considering canceling the service because they took two months to finally treat my home after I signed up and when I called to find out why I got the run around, it felt like… Read full review

Just had my 1st service today!! Very happy with Raven as my tech, treated inside and outside plus a 2nd garage. I highly recommend him for all of your pest control needs!

I like the consistency and dedication to the job. Curious about the rodent process, they haven't started that from what I see. He also only spoke of doing the insect duties in his current list of work performed. So far great work. Thank you. Willie

Raven came and conducted the first treatment of the new home me and my fiancée moved into and did a fantastic job. He diligently treated the outside and inside with all sorts of tools and assured us on how the treatment would deter and/or kill anything that tried to come in. He also educated me about a number of… Read full review

Had my first service today. So far, I’m happy with the experience. Raven was very nice, very courteous, and took time attending to my home.

Austin came out today and did a fantastic job on my property. He was able to help out with all of my concerns as well as took it upon himself to go ahead and set up a return visit within a couple of weeks. Absolutely great service today thank you.

Kai was polite, thorough and detailed. He asked for any trouble we've had so he could attack that first. Excellent!

Kenny has done great. He makes sure we have no ants or wasps on the outside. He’s very thorough on his job. Knowing the Boss (my wife) is allergic to wasps, Kenny goes above and beyond to make sure there are no wasp nests anywhere on my property. I would recommend Ridd pest control as your home pest control.
