Hi Teresa, We apologize for any miscommunication that was had. We do have customers sign the contracts in an effort to be transparent in the terms and conditions of service. The monthly billing is standard for all our customers and laid out in a billing schedule on the contract. We do see that you worked with your account manager to shorten the term of service and to also have the bill lowered to a service that better suits your needs. Can’t reschedule an appointment or else you will not get what you have payed for because your next balance is due. I have not been serviced the amount that I have already paid for because of a balance for future credits. They claim that you can have free services in between services, but they won’t even service the ones that I have paid for because of the balance for future services. They tried to schedule me back in, but had to cancel on their end and now will not come service me because of a balance. They do not care about their costumers, they care about money. Do not sign their contract, even if you are unhappy with service they will screw you over and make you pay more than any of it is worth. And I bet they’ll come on here and reply and blame me for all of it because that’s what this company does to its costumers. It will always be your fault and nothing on their side. I have already called and they claim it is all my fault and will not work with me at all because there is a balance for October but I am not willing to pay again when I have already paid for a service that has not been provided to me. They have not provided me a service “per the contract” every 60 days but I am supposed to pay every month “per the contract”. Account is Damian Hinton.
