I used Ridd for just over one year. Of the five appointments during that time they were late or missed three. On the last appointment they missed the day and didn’t call or text informing me they wouldn’t make it. Over the year they serviced my home I didn’t notice a significant reduction in bugs.

Donovan was EXCELLENT! Previously, I only compared Ridd service to my previous extermination company. But, Donovan was soo thorough! Inside he sprayed the windows near the locks and the window seals. He we completed and explained why he did or did not spray certain areas.

Highly Disappointed. We purchased a new build at the end of May and RIDD came door to door. Chase made everything sound AMAZING, so much so that I switched from Terminix to them. Kenneth Robinson did an awesome job. He was very personable and respectful and gave us time to deal with our spastic dogs. They are not usually aggressive but they sound like it and scare some people. He gave us time to get them out of the house while he provided service.

Not happy with this contract for 89.00 the garage was not done! And the service was done too quickly was a very nice young man but the company needs to make sure everyone is properly trained and thorough he didn’t do the inside of the house because he said he did not have the part he needed to complete the job

We were treated for roaches and bugs. Very pleased with our exterminator Brett Lewis. Very professional, personnel, and listened to my concerns. His objective was to solve all issues. I was very pleased with his work!!

Alonza did a great job on our service! He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He didn’t just treat the area but explained what he was doing, what could be causing the issues, and even where some of the species were coming from. Alonza was fantastic!

Martis did a great job at removing the spider webs around our house, very thorough job with spraying for insects and fleas.

This is a fairly new company in Atlanta and they seem to be moving in the right direction to becoming a trusted and reliable pest control company. What I don't like is the fact that they bill you almost $50.00 a month and only come quarterly. I think we are being ripped off by this company. If you cancel them they charge you over$200.
