I used Ridd for just over one year. Of the five appointments during that time they were late or missed three. On the last appointment they missed the day and didn’t call or text informing me they wouldn’t make it. Over the year they serviced my home I didn’t notice a significant reduction in bugs.

Very professional

Ryan was amazing! He answered every question and was very thorough.

Today the Tech did an excellent job.

Very knowledgeable in his craft and easy to relate to when it came to what was needed and when or where it would be utilized

I mentioned to him about spiders, crickets in the house. He was great very professional, friendly and the type of person you don’t mind having on your property.

He did a great job! Very informative, quick, and thorough!

Kenneth did an excellent job; I asked him to remove all the spiders around the house, and he did so immediately. He also fumigated and did a great job overall—plus, he was very polite.

Amir did an excellent job treating the exterior of my house and boundaries; however I didn’t need any treatment inside my house. I’d like to make note that after this contract ends, I will not be needing your services anymore. For me to be paying $59/month and you only come out once every three to four months just… Read full review

Great service. Efficient, quiet thorough. Very professional. Happy to have him taking care of the property. Thank you Tyshon for the above and beyond for my mother and her home.

Donovan was EXCELLENT! Previously, I only compared Ridd service to my previous extermination company. But, Donovan was soo thorough! Inside he sprayed the windows near the locks and the window seals. He we completed and explained why he did or did not spray certain areas.

Highly Disappointed. We purchased a new build at the end of May and RIDD came door to door. Chase made everything sound AMAZING, so much so that I switched from Terminix to them. Don't get me wrong the workers are nice, however the product/spray solution they use sucks. We are constantly having to call them back out… Read full review

Quick, professional and kind. I felt very safe while he was at my home. Great job and great work.

Very pleasant and efficient. Friendly and took the time to explain to my sons what he was doing. Which is awesome because my son has autism

The technician came and inspected. He didn't just come and just start spraying. Stuff, he actually looked to see what he needed to do, and then he proceeded with his work..

Austin was very professional, explained the follow up visit, ask the right questions and gave recommendations.

8/29/26- Good job Brett. I left you a tip. I will say this is a good way to tell when they come out. Hmmm looks like I went most of April, May….almost 5 months!!! Austin is the BEST! Feeling much more comfortable about and confident with RIDD now.

Ive been with RIDD 3 months and its no different from other pest control its $49 when my former pest control was $40. What I'm displeased is that its no different and more pricy. They promised extra but its the same, cant cancel or else I have to pay $399. They make you make a 2 year contract without realizing.… Read full review

I like the consistency and dedication to the job. Curious about the rodent process, they haven't started that from what I see. He also only spoke of doing the insect duties in his current list of work performed. So far great work. Thank you. Willie
