Ryan was amazing! He answered every question and was very thorough.

Today the Tech did an excellent job.

I mentioned to him about spiders, crickets in the house. He was great very professional, friendly and the type of person you don’t mind having on your property.

Gary was prompt, called ahead to ask what needed to be done and let me know he was on his way. He was efficient and sprayed the whole house. Also, he was friendly and very accommodating. It was a great service he provided.

Amir did an excellent job treating the exterior of my house and boundaries; however I didn’t need any treatment inside my house. I’d like to make note that after this contract ends, I will not be needing your services anymore. For me to be paying $59/month and you only come out once every three to four months just… Read full review

Kenneth Robinson did an awesome job. He was very personable and respectful and gave us time to deal with our spastic dogs. They are not usually aggressive but they sound like it and scare some people. He gave us time to get them out of the house while he provided service.

Caleb with Ridd was great. He was thorough in his walk through and made sure he answered all of my questions.

Gary was Great and it was a pleasure doing business with him hope that he will be the one to come out to our home

He did a very good job and was a very nice person.

Pleasant young man who listened to my concerns and went to work to treat problem areas.

Chandler took the time to explain everything thoroughly then raven came out to handle the field work! Did an amazing job! and made sure the process was simple and easy. Highly recommend RIDD Pest control!

Ive been with RIDD 3 months and its no different from other pest control its $49 when my former pest control was $40. What I'm displeased is that its no different and more pricy. They promised extra but its the same, cant cancel or else I have to pay $399. They make you make a 2 year contract without realizing.… Read full review

He's a super nice and professional person that addressed all my concerns. I haven't been too happy with the company from the start and was considering canceling the service because they took two months to finally treat my home after I signed up and when I called to find out why I got the run around, it felt like… Read full review

I like the consistency and dedication to the job. Curious about the rodent process, they haven't started that from what I see. He also only spoke of doing the insect duties in his current list of work performed. So far great work. Thank you. Willie

Raven came and conducted the first treatment of the new home me and my fiancée moved into and did a fantastic job. He diligently treated the outside and inside with all sorts of tools and assured us on how the treatment would deter and/or kill anything that tried to come in. He also educated me about a number of… Read full review

Zeke the rep who signed me up was amazing. The 1st Tech Brett only treated the outside. But it was only because I wasn't home. The 2nd tech Kenneth was awesome, he treated the inside & outside & answered all my questions. An amazing team & service. I am very satisfied. I will recommend them to my dad!!!!
