Today the Tech did an excellent job.

I mentioned to him about spiders, crickets in the house. He was great very professional, friendly and the type of person you don’t mind having on your property.

Gary was prompt, called ahead to ask what needed to be done and let me know he was on his way. He was efficient and sprayed the whole house. Also, he was friendly and very accommodating. It was a great service he provided.

Amir did an excellent job treating the exterior of my house and boundaries; however I didn’t need any treatment inside my house. I’d like to make note that after this contract ends, I will not be needing your services anymore. For me to be paying $59/month and you only come out once every three to four months just… Read full review

Ive been with RIDD 3 months and its no different from other pest control its $49 when my former pest control was $40. What I'm displeased is that its no different and more pricy. They promised extra but its the same, cant cancel or else I have to pay $399. They make you make a 2 year contract without realizing.… Read full review

He's a super nice and professional person that addressed all my concerns. I like the consistency and dedication to the job. Curious about the rodent process, they haven't started that from what I see. He also only spoke of doing the insect duties in his current list of work performed. So far great work. Thank you. Willie

Ricardo did a great job on our first treatment

First time having an Austin come out very respectful and did a good job don’t spray and asking for him to complete the task in front of him

Ricardo was awesome. He was kind, caring and listened to all of our concerns. I actually asked that if there's any way possible that we could just have him from now on, just because I trust him so much with my house, my pats, and my wife most of all.

Very respectful and very thorough

The rep that we talk to And the guy that came to do all the services were amazing and took good care of us. They are very detailed and very Communicative at this company, which is very nice for me
