Amir did an excellent job treating the exterior of my house and boundaries; however I didn’t need any treatment inside my house. Ive been with RIDD 3 months and its no different from other pest control its $49 when my former pest control was $40. What I'm displeased is that its no different and more pricy. They promised extra but its the same, cant cancel or else I have to pay $399. They make you make a 2 year contract without realizing.… Read full review

Window was between 1-5. I explicitly said not to be before 4 and was told that wasn’t a problem by scheduler. He never called to say on his way. Just showed up, sprayed part of the front of the house and left. Only giving 3 stars because I’m told it will be re done correctly on Wednesday.

This is a fairly new company in Atlanta and they seem to be moving in the right direction to becoming a trusted and reliable pest control company. What I don't like is the fact that they bill you almost $50.00 a month and only come quarterly. I think we are being ripped off by this company. If you cancel them they charge you over$200.

Aaron was very nice and made sure I got great service

One of the best experiences with a pest control company. No one was pushy like many salesman can be. They took the time to educate us on how things work and what were realistic expectations. Highly recommend!

Aaron was great!
