Ryan was amazing! He answered every question and was very thorough.

Today the Tech did an excellent job.

I mentioned to him about spiders, crickets in the house. He was great very professional, friendly and the type of person you don’t mind having on your property.

Gary was prompt, called ahead to ask what needed to be done and let me know he was on his way. He was efficient and sprayed the whole house. Also, he was friendly and very accommodating. It was a great service he provided.

Kenneth Robinson did an awesome job. He was very personable and respectful and gave us time to deal with our spastic dogs. They are not usually aggressive but they sound like it and scare some people. He gave us time to get them out of the house while he provided service.

Ive been with RIDD 3 months and its no different from other pest control its $49 when my former pest control was $40. What I'm displeased is that its no different and more pricy. Kanai was a lovely young man. He began with the kitchen (German roaches), moved the appliances and swept behind them, applied the chemicals and put everything back. He checked in with me about what else I may want inside. Then he covered the outside, sharing what he was going to do. Very clear, personable, polite. Well done!

Window was between 1-5. I explicitly said not to be before 4 and was told that wasn’t a problem by scheduler. He never called to say on his way. Just showed up, sprayed part of the front of the house and left. Only giving 3 stars because I’m told it will be re done correctly on Wednesday.

This is a fairly new company in Atlanta and they seem to be moving in the right direction to becoming a trusted and reliable pest control company. What I don't like is the fact that they bill you almost $50.00 a month and only come quarterly. I think we are being ripped off by this company. If you cancel them they charge you over$200.

One of the best experiences with a pest control company. No one was pushy like many salesman can be. They took the time to educate us on how things work and what were realistic expectations. Highly recommend!
