Very professional

Today the Tech did an excellent job.

Very knowledgeable in his craft and easy to relate to when it came to what was needed and when or where it would be utilized

I mentioned to him about spiders, crickets in the house. He was great very professional, friendly and the type of person you don’t mind having on your property.

He did a great job! Very informative, quick, and thorough!

Kenneth did an excellent job; I asked him to remove all the spiders around the house, and he did so immediately. He also fumigated and did a great job overall—plus, he was very polite.

Austin communicates really well. They knock all the wasps and stuff down and treat ants inside. 10/10

We pay for monthly pest service. Even though we had a service performed two weeks ago, we found a massive bee/wasp nest on our back patio. Highly Disappointed. We purchased a new build at the end of May and RIDD came door to door. Chase made everything sound AMAZING, so much so that I switched from Terminix to them. Don't get me wrong the workers are nice, however the product/spray solution they use sucks. We are constantly having to call them back out… Read full review

The technician came and inspected. He didn't just come and just start spraying. Stuff, he actually looked to see what he needed to do, and then he proceeded with his work..
