Today the Tech did an excellent job.

Very knowledgeable in his craft and easy to relate to when it came to what was needed and when or where it would be utilized

I mentioned to him about spiders, crickets in the house. He was great very professional, friendly and the type of person you don’t mind having on your property.

He did a great job! Very informative, quick, and thorough!

Kenneth did an excellent job; I asked him to remove all the spiders around the house, and he did so immediately. He also fumigated and did a great job overall—plus, he was very polite.

Austin communicates really well. They knock all the wasps and stuff down and treat ants inside. 10/10

Highly Disappointed. We purchased a new build at the end of May and RIDD came door to door. Chase made everything sound AMAZING, so much so that I switched from Terminix to them. Caleb did an amazing job coming out to the property. Signing up with Tristen was a breeze as well. I highly recommend, even if you don't think you need pest control, take the offer. You get locked in on price and can move with you, if you are in their serviced areas.

Overall great experience. Only issue we had was the puddles of spray the guy left after he sprayed the inside of our house. I know RIDD claims to use pet and child friendly chemicals but if my dog were to start licking it up, I feel like that can’t be good. Plus puddles indoors generally isn’t great.. but other than that, the first visit was great!

Jared with RIDD is a fine young man and did a great job of taking care of our pests, especially carpenter bees. The weather was not very cooperative this morning, and he would still out there hitting every nook and cranny. Very impressed!
