Terrible costumer service. Will not work to help me feel like I have good service. Can’t reschedule an appointment or else you will not get what you have payed for because your next balance is due. I have not been serviced the amount that I have already paid for because of a balance for future credits. They claim…

Update: Bad business model — find a local pest service instead. Will not return. I was locked into a one-year contract with this company and paid every month without ever missing a payment. I also paid extra for additional services, including rodent treatment. Over time, what they would and would not treat seemed…
We pay for monthly pest service. Even though we had a service performed two weeks ago, we found a massive bee/wasp nest on our back patio. We reported it last week, and RIDD couldn’t get anyone out to us until today. Today they sent a new technician without any of the proper equipment. The poor guy had no…

Ive been with RIDD 3 months and its no different from other pest control its $49 when my former pest control was $40. What I'm displeased is that its no different and more pricy. They promised extra but its the same, cant cancel or else I have to pay $399. They make you make a 2 year contract without realizing.…

He's a super nice and professional person that addressed all my concerns.
