Very good; a very kind and polite young man—an excellent professional.

Gary was awesome

So my husband had you guys come out and do the service today, but the nest was just knocked down and the pieces scattered all over the yard. Why weren't these pieces picked up? I understand its all been sprayed in the hopes they wont return or hatch but for $250, this seems like something that should have been a… Read full review

Great attitude and great job

I like Austin and Kenny, both for their knowledge, work, and positive attitude. They won me over fast! They definitely deserve a bonus!

Ryan did a great job. Even came back to get a big for my wife. I would like to have Ryan as my technician.

Today the Tech did an excellent job.

Amir did an excellent job treating the exterior of my house and boundaries; however I didn’t need any treatment inside my house. For me to be paying $59/month and you only come out once every three to four months just… Read full review

Kenneth did a great job. Very thorough and efficient. I definitely want him back in the spring.

Update: Bad business model — find a local pest service instead. Will not return. I was locked into a one-year contract with this company and paid every month without ever missing a payment. I also paid extra for additional services, including rodent treatment. Over time, what they would and would not treat seemed… Read full review

Great service. Efficient, quiet thorough. Very professional. Happy to have him taking care of the property. Thank you Tyshon for the above and beyond for my mother and her home.

We pay for monthly pest service. Even though we had a service performed two weeks ago, we found a massive bee/wasp nest on our back patio. We reported it last week, and RIDD couldn’t get anyone out to us until today. Today they sent a new technician without any of the proper equipment. The poor guy had no… Read full review

Kanai is a pleasant young man. He seemed detail oriented and did a good job of treating outside and inside areas of our home.

Very professional. Did a good job

The technician came and inspected. He didn't just come and just start spraying. Stuff, he actually looked to see what he needed to do, and then he proceeded with his work..

Austin was very professional, explained the follow up visit, ask the right questions and gave recommendations.

Upon my request, RIDD promptly dispatched a service tech between my scheduled service times (at no additional charge) due to an increase in wasp activity. Austin is the BEST! Feeling much more comfortable about and confident with RIDD now.

Great communication addressed and took care of all needs

Ive been with RIDD 3 months and its no different from other pest control its $49 when my former pest control was $40. What I'm displeased is that its no different and more pricy. They promised extra but its the same, cant cancel or else I have to pay $399. They make you make a 2 year contract without realizing.… Read full review

He's a super nice and professional person that addressed all my concerns. Just had my 1st service today!! Very happy with Raven as my tech, treated inside and outside plus a 2nd garage. I highly recommend him for all of your pest control needs!

Fast service and easy to schedule. Easy and affordable pest control.

I like the consistency and dedication to the job. Curious about the rodent process, they haven't started that from what I see. He also only spoke of doing the insect duties in his current list of work performed. So far great work. Thank you. Willie
