Gary was great to work with. He explained what was needed and what he was doing. Took time to make sure I understood and informed me when he was done and everything was locked up.

We pay for monthly pest service. Even though we had a service performed two weeks ago, we found a massive bee/wasp nest on our back patio. Ive been with RIDD 3 months and its no different from other pest control its $49 when my former pest control was $40. What I'm displeased is that its no different and more pricy. The owner and technician were very knowledgeable about their services. They walked me through what they were going to do and performed the task well.

Kenny has done great. He makes sure we have no ants or wasps on the outside. He’s very thorough on his job. Knowing the Boss (my wife) is allergic to wasps, Kenny goes above and beyond to make sure there are no wasp nests anywhere on my property. I would recommend Ridd pest control as your home pest control.

I'd give them 5 stars if they showed up with having to be called. In all fairness, the techs are great. But the office, seems to have more demand than they can handle.

Caleb did an amazing job coming out to the property. Signing up with Tristen was a breeze as well. I highly recommend, even if you don't think you need pest control, take the offer. You get locked in on price and can move with you, if you are in their serviced areas.
