Very good; a very kind and polite young man—an excellent professional.

Gary was awesome

So my husband had you guys come out and do the service today, but the nest was just knocked down and the pieces scattered all over the yard. Why weren't these pieces picked up? I understand its all been sprayed in the hopes they wont return or hatch but for $250, this seems like something that should have been a… Read full review

Great attitude and great job

I like Austin and Kenny, both for their knowledge, work, and positive attitude. They won me over fast! They definitely deserve a bonus!

Ryan did a great job. Even came back to get a big for my wife. I would like to have Ryan as my technician.

Austin did a great job

Very professional

Ryan was amazing! He answered every question and was very thorough.

Today the Tech did an excellent job.

Amir did an excellent job treating the exterior of my house and boundaries; however I didn’t need any treatment inside my house. I’d like to make note that after this contract ends, I will not be needing your services anymore. For me to be paying $59/month and you only come out once every three to four months just… Read full review

Austin communicates really well. They knock all the wasps and stuff down and treat ants inside. 10/10

These people are a rip off don't sign any contract with them,Sam the salesman persuaded me to sign up i took the termite and pesticide plan. I called to tell them remove the pesticide and I'll keep the termites, The person on the phone said I sign 2 different contracts who would sign 2 different contracts i told… Read full review

Alonza was extremely thorough and really put in the work to make sure he treated the problem and not just masked it!

Kenneth did a great job. Very thorough and efficient. I definitely want him back in the spring.

Update: Bad business model — find a local pest service instead. Will not return. I was locked into a one-year contract with this company and paid every month without ever missing a payment. I also paid extra for additional services, including rodent treatment. Over time, what they would and would not treat seemed… Read full review

Great service. Efficient, quiet thorough. Very professional. Happy to have him taking care of the property. Thank you Tyshon for the above and beyond for my mother and her home.

We pay for monthly pest service. Even though we had a service performed two weeks ago, we found a massive bee/wasp nest on our back patio. We reported it last week, and RIDD couldn’t get anyone out to us until today. Today they sent a new technician without any of the proper equipment. The poor guy had no… Read full review

Kanai is a pleasant young man. He seemed detail oriented and did a good job of treating outside and inside areas of our home.

Very professional. Did a good job

The technician came and inspected. He didn't just come and just start spraying. Stuff, he actually looked to see what he needed to do, and then he proceeded with his work..

Austin was very professional, explained the follow up visit, ask the right questions and gave recommendations.

Upon my request, RIDD promptly dispatched a service tech between my scheduled service times (at no additional charge) due to an increase in wasp activity. The technician, Temwani was courteous and professional. He listened to my concerns and proceeded to treat accordingly. He then explained the treatment, what he… Read full review

Ive been with RIDD 3 months and its no different from other pest control its $49 when my former pest control was $40. What I'm displeased is that its no different and more pricy. They promised extra but its the same, cant cancel or else I have to pay $399. They make you make a 2 year contract without realizing.… Read full review

Kenny has done great. He makes sure we have no ants or wasps on the outside. He’s very thorough on his job. Knowing the Boss (my wife) is allergic to wasps, Kenny goes above and beyond to make sure there are no wasp nests anywhere on my property. I would recommend Ridd pest control as your home pest control.

I'd give them 5 stars if they showed up with having to be called. In all fairness, the techs are great. But the office, seems to have more demand than they can handle.

Raven was very polite and thorough with his work. 😊

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was my first time ever using a pest control company since I just bought my first home, and I honestly had a great experience. Kenneth was awesome from start to finish. Caleb did an amazing job coming out to the property. Signing up with Tristen was a breeze as well. I highly recommend, even if you don't think you need pest control, take the offer. You get locked in on price and can move with you, if you are in their serviced areas.
