RIDD Pest Control does a great job inspecting the outside of our house. They treat for several things and it makes a big difference for the inside of the house

He DID NOT come into the house - he DID NOT do anything in the kitchen or bathrooms. We are VERY disappointed in the service from this company. It's funny that NONE of the men come up to our door to let us know that they are here. Sometimes, we are actually outside - funny we NEVER see anyone. We are so very tired of this.

KJ did a fabulous job at our recent service. He added a rodent box since one of the dogs decided to bring me a mouse present the other day. Very professional and personable.

Swan was very thorough. He let me know he was here. I actually seen him do the full job from my living room not even hovering. My 6 year old daughter seen he was sweating and even offered to take him a glass of water which we did. He does a great job.

My Service agent, Sanchez, was just awesome. He was very knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. He explained everything that he did. I would like for him to be our permanent Agent !
