This young man took great care of my home he explained the chemicals that he was using he went inside of every room and detox it and he went around the house thank you I am recommending him to come out at all times

Alonza recently came out on my RIDD service date. As usual, top notch service, all in the background, and my house continues to experience a pest free spring and summer.

Tyshonwas great, came on time and hit all of the problem spots that I need. The bugs have been going away over time, looking forward to our next appointment.

Donovan was EXCELLENT! Previously, I only compared Ridd service to my previous extermination company. But, Donovan was soo thorough! Inside he sprayed the windows near the locks and the window seals. He we completed and explained why he did or did not spray certain areas.

Kenneth did an excellent job of treating my home. He sent pictures of problem areas and kept me informed of what was done.

Kanai is a pleasant young man. He seemed detail oriented and did a good job of treating outside and inside areas of our home.

Highly Disappointed. We purchased a new build at the end of May and RIDD came door to door. Chase made everything sound AMAZING, so much so that I switched from Terminix to them. The technician came and inspected. He didn't just come and just start spraying. Stuff, he actually looked to see what he needed to do, and then he proceeded with his work..

Austin was very professional, explained the follow up visit, ask the right questions and gave recommendations.

Ive been with RIDD 3 months and its no different from other pest control its $49 when my former pest control was $40. What I'm displeased is that its no different and more pricy. This company does excellent work! The presentation of services from Xavier were great and he was very knowledgeable regarding the product and its performance. Caleb did an amazing job coming out to the property. Signing up with Tristen was a breeze as well. I highly recommend, even if you don't think you need pest control, take the offer. You get locked in on price and can move with you, if you are in their serviced areas.

Not happy with this contract for 89.00 the garage was not done! And the service was done too quickly was a very nice young man but the company needs to make sure everyone is properly trained and thorough he didn’t do the inside of the house because he said he did not have the part he needed to complete the job
