Customers frequently highlight the shop's friendly and professional staff, noting that services such as tire replacement, brake repairs, and general maintenance are completed quickly and at reasonable prices. Reviewers often mention the absence of upselling and the provision of clear, itemized quotes, which fosters trust in the quality of the work performed. The primary criticism found in low-star reviews is difficulty reaching the business by phone, with customers reporting unanswered calls when attempting to schedule appointments or request assistance.
