I started going to Robert’s Auto Service after a friend recommended them as an honest shop that does excellent work, and I’m so glad he did. I’ve been there several times for oil changes, and every experience has been great. Last weekend, my car suddenly started making some very strange noises on the highway.…
Trustworthy and reliable. They were able to get my car in fast and fixed the problem that day! I will always use them and I appreciate the time they spend to explain what the repairs are and why they are needed.
Great service! Spend time explaining the repair and what to look out for.
Good customer service. Extremely expensive. Rating would be higher if cost of service was lower.
These guys are top notch. Fast, always provide actual usable discounts for regular services like oil changes and multi-point inspections. And oh, HONEST. Definitely recommend Roberts Auto Service!!
This shop is my go to... Always reliable, dependable, honest and trustworthy. They take really good care of you as a customer.
It's always a pleasure to do business with Robert's, and they are the only Auto Repair service I trust to work on my car. The team is very friendly, helpful, honest, and are very trustworthy professionals, a hard working team that you can count on...and I have been since 1992!
I’ve been a customer for the past 30 years. I trust the team at Robert’s and I have never been disappointed with quality of work , cost, or customer service. Highly recommended
I have been taking all of my vehicles to Robert’s for over 8 years since we moved to La Jolla and then PB (and two of my daughters do as well). They are honest, flexible and reliable. I highly recommend them for all of your car maintenance and repair needs. Just today, I needed a new battery and I was in and out in a flash. Love Robert’s!!!
Robert's is the best auto repair shop in San Diego. You could not find a more trustworthy, skilled and reliable team anywhere!
Great customer service, very trustworthy! It’s hard to trust car repair companies but I totally trust Robert’s Auto service. They explain any necessary repairs , are friendly and honest
In three earlier. separate visits, we have had Robert's Auto Service replace the front struts, radiator, catalytic converter and rear struts on our '04 Toyota Camry. No follow-up problems whatsoever with the repairs. Excellent repair work and expert, friendly, helpful information, consultation, recommendation from…
Always a pleasure to do business with Robert’s. James and the crew always make the experience positive.
This is my first visit. I moved recently to La Jolla. I checked with my mechanic up north who recommended Robert’s Auto Repair, also on Nextdoor and neighbors. Being AAA approved helped me to make this decision They treated me very professionally and wonderful customer service. Very busy garage and can understand…
Easiest business to work with. Took great care of everything and we're so nice!
Sincere greeting on arrival, started work on vehicle at appointment time & work done efficiently & thoroughly.
Very courteous, customer focused staff.
Fast & more than fair price!
Originally I came in from Descanso to have the Evap system checked but the problem cleared itself on the way down the hill. So I had them do a 90K service on my Toyota. As always they are great! I used these guys when I worked on the point, now that I don't work anymore, I still drive down here for service on my cars! That should say something.
I brought my 2016 Chevy Tahoe here for an oil change, brake fluid flush/change, and to check why the "service 4x4" message was appearing intermittently. They were able to diagnose the issue with the transfer case motor for the 4x4 and the replacement part and labor cost was very reasonable. The oil change and brake…
Friendly and professional, reasonably priced
I’ve been using this repair shop for over 20 years and I’ve always been happy with their work. They are all really great people, and they are honest. I definitely would recommend them!
First time, recommended by neighbor Exceptional professionals and prompt high quality service. 10 stars out of 5 !
Friendly and great service My first time here for an oil change. The people were friendly and professional, and also answered questions with knowledge and respect. I will be returning for my car care.
Oil change and emissions test was done in 45 mins, and the best prices I’ve seen in San Diego.
They were very thorough. They were very pleasant and professional. I will continue to use their services.
I needed an emergency oil change that my car dealer could not provide. I went to Robert’s Auto Service on a recommendation from family. They were fully booked for the day but graciously slipped me in. The service was down timely and HALF the price of the car dealer. As I sat in the waiting room it was clear they…
Have used Roberts’s for 20 years. Most honest Mechanics in San Diego. Five Stars ⭐️
Prompt, Friendly, Excellent service. My only comment that is a NIT is that the sticker in my window added 500 miles rather than 5000 miles for next oil change...
I have been going to Robert’s Auto Service over the past 5 years since moving to San Diego. The mechanics at this shop are fair, professional, and courteous with their customers. When I first moved to SD, I had an old beater car that needed constant repairs. They worked with me and my budget and only fixed what…
Robert’s is great. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a repair shop. They always go above and beyond.
Our family has been using Robert's Auto for the last 15 years for all of our vehicles because they are honest, reliable, quick, experienced convienant and reasonable cost
Robert's, simply put, is one of the best independent shops in San Diego. My extended family has been going to them for GENERATIONS, with a variety of cars, from Honda's, Dodge's, Mazda's to a host of Volvo's, over the span of at least 30 years. With all these different cars, years of repairs and maintenance, lots…
Keith was so great. He was able to help me in a pinch when my car needed maintenance. Got the parts ordered same-day and got it done quickly.
I've been a customer for 29-years with my 1988 Madza RX7 convertible. They go above and beyond in servicing my car. Staff are experts in the business, able to fully explain the service performed, and the nicest people one could encounter. I highly recommend Robert's Auto Service.
Thank you James and staff. I always get great honest professional service here. Highly recommend this auto service business
Excellent service ...very professional....Great prices & great service. Talk to James..he will take good care of you..Top quality business. Highly recommended!
Before scheduling an appointment, I reviewed many auto service businesses in the San Diego area, and was most impressed with a near 5 out of 5 quality rating from nearly 1,000 individuals. So I decided to take a chance to have Robert's service my 2017 Mercedes C300 (I am always hesitant to go straight to the…
