We had Rocking J construction just complete our new roof on our home in Cross Roads. We have used them to replace 3 roofs on 3 different homes of ours. The first roof was in Willowbend in W Plano, the second home was in Mckinney & now in Cross Roads. We have used them on several other home improvement projects.…
We had our vinyl siding replaced with Hardie Board. The work was done fairly quickly considering it was right after Thanksgiving. The only thing we weren't too happy about was one of the workers showing up before 7am a couple of days and driving our dogs crazy. Otherwise, they did an excellent job and we are happy with the final look.
The sales associate was phenomenal. The roof install was decent. After install there was a issue with one of the pipe vents that caused damage to the heater component due to poor caulking, expensive to fix. When we brought up the issue they did not respond.
In summer of 2017, I urgently needed a new roof after storm and wind damages. Rocking J. was prompt, they professionally took care of everything from start to finish. While at it, new gutters I did not have were installed. To this day, it was a job well done.
Not only did they have trouble responding, sending roofers days early, leaving holes in the decking and sharing communication with my insurance company but after they finished the roof, gutters and garage doors they never finished the rest of the work they were contracted to do. Then they held the roof warranty over…
We were in the process of selling a home, a pre check of the roof which showed hail damage. Jay and his team did an excellent job of working with the insurance company and getting the roof replaced in time to hold our closing date
Jay’s team was very quick to get back to me with answers to my questions and scheduling. They left everything looking good and picked up after themselves. I use them anytime I need a service they provide.
Rocking J construction did an amazing job for us. They replaced our roof in 2 days and the cleanup was incredible!!
After a hailstorm I met with Jay about replacing my roof. He carefully explained the process and the timeline. Everything went exactly as he said it would and the clean up afterwards was excellent. I was very pleased working with Jay. The whole process as very professional, from start to finish.
I had a GREAT experience with Rocking J Construction. They worked very efficiently and got my beautiful new roof and gorgeous new garage door installed very quickly. The men were professional when they were here to work and Kimberly was very easy to work with. I would recommend Rocking J Construction.
Rocking J Construction is by far one of the best in the business. Jay and his team will take you through every step of the process, whether it's a roof or remodel with professionalism and sound advice, quality work at a good value, and an on time response. You can count on Rocking J to get the job done and done…
Rocking J Construction is a great company to work with. Without them, I would not have known to ask for a second inspection of my roof with a different insurance adjuster. The first adjuster wanted to give us enough to cover our deductible plus about $150. The second adjuster saw the many issues that were actually…
