Nice quick service. Plumbers were professional and very courteous. Highly recommended.
I had Dan as my plumber and I couldn't be happier. I had already had another company come over to address the issue and all they did was overcharge me for inexperienced work that fixed nothing. So, it was quite a blessing to finally have someone who knew what they were doing. Dany was empathetic and considerate…
the two plumbers were excellent. They were efficient and professional. They cleaned up after the work was done.
They installed a new toilet in our 3'rd floor bathroom. Did a nice job and cleaned up well.
Arrived as scheduled. Diagnosed problem quickly. Sourced needed parts and were finished in an hour. Knowledgeable and Professional guys. Highly recommend!
Excellent service, staff were very professional.
I called these guys & they came & did a remarkable job!! I highly recommend!! I just called them again & prompt service again, Dan came to the house repaired a broken hose bib in the back of the house & installed a new ball valve feeding the repaired bib, also brought to my attention that I needed an expansion tank…
They fixed our problem with great skill. I would recommend them to everyone.

Have been lucky enough to have found a dependable company that is always available for those plumbing emergencies as well as complete bathroom renovations. Roger Ross has a great team in place and his pricing is good. Five stars from me!
We've used Roger Ross plumbing at least 3x so far. They're fast, effective, on time, and happy to explain their process so the average homeowner can learn some basic maintenance.
Tyler and Nick were great! They were polite, personable, worked quickly and completed all the repairs I outlined for them.
Online scheduling, came when they said they would, fixed the issue in less than 20 min, and the repair man was very nice. Highly recommend.
Oscar and helpers were a pleasure to work with and got a number of things done that other plumbers could not solve. Thanks!
