Nice quick service. Plumbers were professional and very courteous. Highly recommended.
I had Dan as my plumber and I couldn't be happier. I had already had another company come over to address the issue and all they did was overcharge me for inexperienced work that fixed nothing. So, it was quite a blessing to finally have someone who knew what they were doing. Dany was empathetic and considerate…
the two plumbers were excellent. They were efficient and professional. They cleaned up after the work was done.
They installed a new toilet in our 3'rd floor bathroom. Did a nice job and cleaned up well.

Have been lucky enough to have found a dependable company that is always available for those plumbing emergencies as well as complete bathroom renovations. Roger Ross has a great team in place and his pricing is good. Five stars from me!
We've used Roger Ross plumbing at least 3x so far. They're fast, effective, on time, and happy to explain their process so the average homeowner can learn some basic maintenance.
Tyler and Nick were great! They were polite, personable, worked quickly and completed all the repairs I outlined for them.
Online scheduling, came when they said they would, fixed the issue in less than 20 min, and the repair man was very nice. Highly recommend.
Oscar and helpers were a pleasure to work with and got a number of things done that other plumbers could not solve. Thanks!

I received a text when en-route, and they arrived on time. Tyler and his partner were courteous and professional. They knew exactly what to do, and had performed the repair quickly and neatly. Happily impressed with the service provided and the folks who did it. Perry East Falls

Dan and Shawn served us. They were excellent. They arrived early and reached out ahead of time to notice me of such. They were patient as I explained the issues we had faced including our interactions with other plumbers. They proceeded to diagnose the issue and repaired the toilet. An issue that had plagued us for…
Great work, helpful people. Will hire again.
Professional pleasant staff and competitive prices.
Several months ago my wife and I purchased a sizable project. We knew there would be a lot to fix in a 100+ year old home, but despite the dozens of inspection reports, we still somehow underestimated the plumbing risks. The plumbing issues started, I think the first day we bought the house… Roger Ross Plumbing is…
Easy to schedule and great service
Called today and had quick service and job well done and will be sure to use Roger Ross Plumbing again!!
This was my first time using Roger Ross- I had a toilet and garbage disposal needing repair which Dan quickly diagnosed and resolved in no time. Additionally, he showed me a few how-to’s in the event the problems occurred again, which I greatly appreciated considering how little I know about fixing up things around…

Strong work all around!!!
Tyler and his assistant were fast, responsive turnaround, honest, and did quality work. Other contractors either were not available, unresponsive, or gave me the runaround with eta. I am so glad I called Roger Ross! Highly recommend and will use their help again in the future. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Good people, great services, affordable pricing. I had a bad leak under my sink and they got to my house within 20 mins to stop it. They even came wearing a mask which I appreciate during these uncertain times. Highly recommend

After striking out with two other plumbers, I was referred to Roger Ross Plumbing by a friend. Roger came out to give me an estimate on a Friday and was able to schedule the work for me on Tuesday, only a few days later. He addressed a variety of issues in a second floor bath, including replacing the drain line,…
