Rogers Towing and Transport

Cost of towing covered by BCAA! Came quickly with a flat deck to tow as requested. Was stranded on vacation with a van full of people and stuff with a vehicle that would not start and the dealerships several hours away were very difficult to get through to a real person and not helpful and would not take us or get… Read full review

This company is the biggest rip off call someone else 1200 for a tow is way to much call all rite towing they are the best

When no one else could get my car on the flat bed, DJ got it done with ease! Great service and great people

Absolutely the worst towing company in the area, and it’s not even close. I have spoken with four different employees from this company, and every single one of them has given me a different explanation. They refuse to clearly explain why it costs $1,200 to get a car out of impound when the vehicle was only towed a… Read full review

DJ drove out from Veneta all the way to Black Butte to pick up our car and take it to our mechanic in Beaverton. He was very communicative, up beat, on time, and clearly knew his business as he loaded up our car on his brand new flatbed tow truck. The whole process was painless and really great. thank you!!

Thanks a million for saving my day!

I recently had my 2012 Corolla towed by these guys. Response time was amazing. The driver was very efficient hooking the car up and came on the truck and gave me my car ride to my mechanic’s shop. Andrue it was very Polite and made the whole situation a lot less stressful. 10 out of 10 would use again.

Ricky was very kind and professional! Even putting up with my daughter many questions 😁. Totally recommend this company and they take AAA.

I had my vehicle towed by Steve today and he did an amazing job making sure my car got to where it needed to get to without it scraping or anything. Very happy with this company and if I ever need a tow I will be calling them.

My driver, Steven (sp?) with Roger’s Towing was the absolute best. He waited patiently while I got things worked out and then put the car in a tight spot like an expert. Very friendly, very prompt, very professional.

Fastest towing service I have ever experienced in my life, hands-down. The driver, Jesse L was phenomenal, very pleasant, polite, and professional, and made sure I safely got in and out of the tow truck if I could get more than five stars, I would highly recommend.

Thank you so much to Chris at Roger’s Towing- Chris went out of his way to accommodate my needs during my very stressful car situation. I would only call Chris at Roger’s Towing if I ever require special care and attention with my truck in the future. . Chris gave my 110# dog attention while he towed my 1 ton dully… Read full review

Great service in otherwise less than desirable circumstances. Our driver Chris was great in making sure our car was safely secured and provided great company for the long drive. 10/10 recommend.

My trailblazer broke down in a very remote location. The driver that came to pick me up was Francis. She turned and otherwise terrible day into a very pleasant experience by being professional and personable.

DJ is the coolest guy. He was so sweet and helpful. Great communication. Kept us in the loop. Highly recommend this tow company 11 outta 10.

Called AAA for a tow. Nathan from Roger's Towing showed up. He was on time, friendly, caring, courteous and professional. This was a refreshing change from our experience with the first company that AAA sent which was Ray's Towing (Will never allow them to be assigned to our AAA account again). I will be… Read full review

Top notch towing company. We experienced engine failure with a rental car and got the run around with another towing company who kept delaying and then canceled after a five hour wait. Rogers Towing and Transport saved us from having to spend the night on the side of a highway. The driver- DJ- drove hours to get to… Read full review

Rogers towing is by far the most fair and reasonable company I've ever worked with. They helped me out tremendously and went out of their way to get me picked up and home as soon as possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Having to have a car towed is never a high point in someone’s day, it usually turns into a head ache of an event. But DJ changed the whole attitude of this experience. We had to travel 100 miles to bring our car safely home. He loaded and unloaded our car safely and professionally. The ride home was pleasant with… Read full review

Called AAA to get my car towed to Portland from Eugene two weekends ago and had an amazing experience, thanks to DJ! He did an amazing job making the drive there fun and I appreciated his and the company's kindness and professionalism.

DJ picked us up through AAA and was there well before our “2 hour” estimate. He knew what he was doing, was very helpful, friendly and got us to our destination quickly. Thanks for the tow!

I called for a tow from you guys and Mike responded so fast and was absolutely amazing at his job. He was honest and straightforward and helped me in less than an hour pick up and drop off. This guy deserves a huge raise for his professionalism and hard work. Rogers towing and transport has got a great guy under the roof.

My car broke down on the road, I was in the middle traffic. A man named DJ saw me and decided to help out. He was super friendly and professional, I know who I’m calling if I need a tow in the future!

Truck arrived in half of the AAA estimated time. The driver, DJ, obviously knew what he was doing. Loaded my car quickly. DJ knew what to do about high tech locks and automatic brakes. The whole tow experience went smoothly. Very satisfied with Rogers.

I would highly recommend Rogers Towing. I found myself in a pickle this afternoon that was somewhat of a time sensitive situation. They rushed out, about 10 miles out of Veneta, pulled my van out of the ditch I had back myself into (don't ask), in record time, and I had to practically fight them to land on a price I… Read full review

I'm in town visiting my daughter from San Diego and we had to use our AAA service to tow her car for repairs. Michael came out to help and it was hands down the best service I've ever had from a tow company. He was super knowledgeable, honest, and efficient. I was so impressed and grateful. Highly recommend! And ask for Michael!!

DJ of Roger's Towing & Transport was prompt, extremely courteous and professional in getting my broken down vehicle towed from a rural road. I will utilize DJ and Roger's Towing whenever any of my vehicles require towing. I would gladly recommend their service to my friends and family. Thank you, again, DJ!

The driver went above and beyond to help me when he seen me broke down on the side of the road. He could have charged me $50 to tow me home but I didn't have any money besides $20 dollars to my name and he towed it home for free for me. I will recommend them as a towing company to people now

Excellent! Tow operator named Kayoki, I butchered the spelling. Friendly, prompt and an artist with a flatbed!

Very nice people. Had a really good experience getting my car towed home and then again a few days later to an auto shop. I will definitely be calling them if I have any other breakdowns!

This is odd because most of the reviews on here are good but I am pretty sure I was scammed or attempted to have been scammed. I had an unfortune accident and had called AAA for a tow. AAA had told me they told the driver (Nate) that the car had been flipped and he still only showed up with his flatbed. Then he… Read full review

Driver was incompetent. Asked my wife to help. She got up on truck to show him truck can't be in park...really? When she got down she injured her knee. Now this "Joe" saying he is manager won't return calls or let me speak to anyone else. If Roger is real or a owner sees this. DO NOT TRUST. To owner stop… Read full review

Roger's Towing were wonderful when we had to have my husband's car towed from I-5 after an accident. They were kind, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable when towing our Tesla. We will definitely recommend them to others.

We were so lucky that DJ showed up to help us, 2 other drivers had tried to get our car out of the driveway and couldn't figure out how to do it. But DJ did it in 30 minutes and got the car on the back of the truck and delivered it to the repair shop.

Rogers Towing came and helped my friends and I who were stranded on the highway heading out to Florence when our car broke down. We called Triple A and they arrived within 10 minutes and loaded my car in no time. Our driver even recommended a great mechanic for us and got us there fast with no hassle. We had a tow on the evening of 9/1 to grants pass. Our driver was so kind, helpful and understanding. We called the office afterwards, as we missed his name, and they said they believe that was Josiah. He really helped us out during our tow, and went above and beyond, which made a otherwise stressful situation easier. We really appreciate him!

Excellent service, and a big heart of a company. I had my car broke down on the side of the highway, Dylan arrives fast, gave me amazing assistance and information on how to make better use out of the insurance company covering the haul, he was very friendly, and went above and beyond. I highly recommend using this company's service.

Talk about full class service…. After requesting roadside service through my insurance company; they called me 2 hours later as the sun was going down that they could not secure service for me. And wished me luck. I called other local tow companies and they referred me to Rodger’s Towing. From the moment I got them… Read full review

Best experience with a tow ever. The driver offered to stop and pick up my daughter from school during the tow so I wouldn't be late picking her up from school .fast pick up and great customer service.

Hands down the best towing company around. Super reasonable on time, super pocket friendly, great group of employees, great customer service. Will always have my business. Have saved my butt many times!

Dylan was friendly, efficient and professional. I can’t enough good things about the service. I will definitely recommend to a friend.

I recently got stuck on a backroad a few hours before a big snowstorm came. I called multiple towing companies, and one of them apparently even came out, but left because they didn’t see me standing on the side of the road waiting. (Nobody ever even called me until after they had already left, and they only called… Read full review

Nathan was so great! He removed my car from a ditch in the dark and pouring rain. He was very reassuring during the whole process because he knew I was pretty shaken up. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate him; he made a frightening experience not so bad. Thank you Nathan!!!

Rogers towing rocks! They have saved me many times and tonight once more! Dylan is the best and a great guy! Thank you!

Nobody was around or would stop & we flagged him down & he came to the rescue!!

Pretty sure the driver was high on something.

Really appreciate Brandon’s fast and helpful service getting our dead car to the service shop! Our narrow winding hilly driveway is a challenge to maneuver but Brandon was a real pro and got things hooked up and to the repair folks quickly. So glad AAA sent Roger’s Towing out to us!

My AAA plan sent them out to my car, so I dont know if I can speak for their pricing. I bet it's well worth it though! The driver, E., was very punctual, efficient, and even friendly. Everything you'd want and need from a towing service. 11/10, will call them next time I need a tow!

Erick my tech was so very friendly and professional, what a great company and driver

Rogers Towing was very quick to respond to my towing needs. Their employees were very quick and professional during the recovery and towing of my vehicle. My customer service experience was great. I wouldn't hesitate to use them to tow any of my vehicles and I highly recommend them for your towing needs.

I recently traveled to Oregon and my car broke down on the side of the road where I had no service! It was a terrifying and stressful experience but the good samaritans in this area saved me!
