We are sorry you feel this way. This tow came in at two in the morning the bill was not $1200.00 it was $1098.00 witch included two days of storage.

Absolutely the worst towing company in the area, and it’s not even close.
I have spoken with four different employees from this company, and every single one of them has given me a different explanation. They refuse to clearly explain why it costs $1,200 to get a car out of impound when the vehicle was only towed a little over two miles.
I had the lienholder of the truck with me yesterday, and even he was refused an explanation as to why the bill was so high.
My buddy was pulled over by OSP for driving with a suspended license, and his car was subsequently towed to Rogers Towing. We spent the entire day yesterday trying to get his car released from impound, and the entire process became a total nightmare.
Rogers Towing has been completely unwilling to cooperate. They told us we could only pay in cash, refused to provide a clear breakdown of the $1,200 charge, and every time we spoke with someone, we were given a different story about the fees.
There is absolutely no transparency or consistency in the way they are handling this. When you're being charged $1,200 for a vehicle that was towed just over two miles, the least you should be able to expect is a clear explanation of what you're paying for.
Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company if at all possible

First, you are not the registered owner, and by law we cannot talk to you or release the vehicle to you because it's not yours.
Second, the gentleman, who claimed to be the lien holder on the pickup did not want to pay the bill, or give us the required paperwork from the police saying it had been released, and yes, the bill was shown to him and explained to him.
No, we did not show you the bill or explain anything to you because YOU ARE NOT THE OWNER AND HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH IT! You have only talked to 2 people here not 4, and one of those was when you called back trying to disguise yourself as someone else.
Fourth, Your buddy was caught driving while suspended! Not our fault he had to spend a few days in jail, which storage fees add to the cost. Be more accurate in your description of everything that has happened here including your continued harassment of our office people over the phone. Once again, not your vehicle. We don't make the laws.
Fifth, not our fault your buddy chose to drive on a suspended license, among other tickets, and got arrested.
Lastly, please know what you're talking about before making accusations and get the authority next time you want to make demands regarding property that is not yours.
