We were at a rest area in Oregon, not near any bigger town, and were very pleased to get help in less than 10 minutes. The man who helped us was very polite and took care of us quickly. We couldn't have asked for better service all the way around!

He made quick work of putting on the spare and storing my damaged tire in the back so I could take it to the shop. He left with a smile and a reminder to call if I needed any…
