Customers frequently highlight rapid response times, clear communication, and professional drivers who assist with vehicle repairs or transport. Reviews often mention fair pricing and helpful advice regarding vehicle issues. However, a small number of low-star reviews cite concerns about potential property damage during transport and difficulties resolving post-service disputes or retrieving personal belongings.

Steve in truck #26 came and picked us with a good attitude and good advice on how to fix the vehicle!
Steve is the best tow truck driver on the West Coast. Had an amazing experience with him, got me safely to my destination
Rodgers did an amazing job for me. They picked me up in the Safeway parking lot. Then took me to JH AUTO in Tangent Oregon. I was also dropped off at a client's place, on there way to another tow. The driver was very pleasant. He was the gentleman that has done more tows in a day than anyone else.
We were at a rest area in Oregon, not near any bigger town, and were very pleased to get help in less than 10 minutes. The man who helped us was very polite and took care of us quickly. We couldn't have asked for better service all the way around!
Our tow truck driver, Steve #34, was exceptional. He communicated clearly, transported us and our car safely to the dealership and then dropped us off at a local hotel.
So pleased with the service I recieved from Steven R! He did a great job and was pleasant and patient throughout frustrating series of events with my tow. Absolutely reccomend this company.
