Do not fall for rose pest solutions like I did. First couple of visits were fine. More bugs showed up in the house so I had them come out again. Got charged extra for that. But my biggest issue is that they routinely miss appointments ENTIRELY. Then, if you’re lucky, show up weeks later with no notice. If you try to call them you get an AI agent who will claim your zip code is out of their service area and cannot help you. It’s all a joke and they’re laughing at you while charging your account every month.

All of the technicians are quite friendly, but I'm not really happy paying $85/month for quarterly service that involves doing... basically nothing. They usually check the outdoor traps and refill the bait stations - about 5-10 minutes of work per quarter. "We can't spray today. We can't treat for ants there. We can't seal those holes, we can't do anything in the attic. We can't treat that" etc. It's really just a couple bait stations outside and some glue traps inside that they don't even check or change unless you explicitly call and schedule it. When you do call up their front desk for follow-up service you now have the headache of dealing their rude staff who seem to know nothing about pest control and also struggle to schedule anything. I can't even get them to spray insect barrier so I do it myself twice per year for the last two years. I also just change the glue traps myself and had to add more bait stations. Overall, just a total waste of time and money.
