Dimitri was very good. He kept me advised of when he would arrive, quickly located the nest, and politely answered my questions. I would gladly work with him in the future.

The technician was very informative and knowledgeable. Worked with a contractor to get a better application under our deck. One of the two areas is virtually free of wasps, the other area not yet. Hoping the 2nd area will be wasp free in another day or two. But they will come back if necessary.

They we're pretty thorough, although a bit of a disconnect between the sales person and service guys. Very nice and approachable. Not sure if signing up for an entire year is worth it. They only apply the full service once quarterly but they will come back for additional applications if you call. Maybe better…
