Paige, our Technician,is awesome! She is thorough and friendly. We would recommend Rose to anyone looking for pest control.
Ryan from rose pest is awesome! We’ve been using rose pest for our house for 2 years and my mother in law moved in next door so we set her up with rose pest services right when she moved in! Ryan has always been kind and patient, he takes time to answer any questions or concerns and lets us know if there are any…
Roy arrived during the time window, and quickly applied the spray for the pests. He was very polite and well-mannered. I will not know for a couple of weeks whether the service has worked.
Ethan did a great job of explaining and tackling our carpenter ant issue.
I was at work but, my dad said that Ryan was very professional and did a great job. Very communicative
Ryan did a great job explaining and evaluating our home for pests. Great job!
Matthew was great! Kind and courteous. I had a bad experience from a previous company & from the phone call to the actual service everyone was amazing!
We had large carpenter ants for weeks with little to no idea about where they were coming from. After getting set up with Rose, Ryan came and educated us on his plan of action and why he was taking those actions. He was extremely thorough and also addressed possible future issues to keep an eye on. It's only been a…
Ashley was very friendly, thorough and answered all my questions and explained everything she was doing

They are always prompt, professional and very pleasant. Always asks how the household is doing
Matthew from Rose Pest Control was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciate knowing the same technician will be servicing our home—it gives great peace of mind. From the initial phone call to the visit itself, the entire experience was smooth and professional. Highly recommend!
Roderick provides excellent customer service. He provides great service throughout my home and always has a friendly smile.
Paige, the service technician was outstanding. She did a wonderful job!
Roy is always on time and very attentive to any Critter and bug issues we may or might not have!
We've had ants everywhere! Rose was recommended by my in-laws, which have been with them for many decades! Satisfied with their service and any issues they come back! Also like we have had the same service gentleman come out as well!
We have been with Rose for many years. Danna is our inspector and she is very professional, courteous and we appreciate her hard work. She goes above and beyond for us.
The company was great and got out to us fast. The gentleman doing the job was wonderful, very peppy and helpful. I hope I don’t need them to come back but if I needed the services again I would definitely call them.
Justin was very thorough and professional. He arrived ahead of schedule and started on the work immediately. He paid attention to my concerns and all of the details. He went well above my expectations.
Paige is very thorough and is a pleasant person. Would highly recommend Paige and Rose Pest service.
Paige did an excellent job and was very accommodating to our request to not spray certain rooms.
Rose pest solutions and specifically my tech, Roy,are polite, competent, efficient. I strongly recommend this company
Excellent company and great service!
This company is a rip off. They came out and sprayed. My Dog could have done a better job than these people. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
The serviceman Tom was prompt, explained everything and came back to treat the outside of our house later in the spring as promised - without us having to call again! Great follow up
I am a tenant of a rental property. The landlord sent this company out to spray for ants in my home yesterday. Upon completion, the tech demanded that we paid him immediately. Even though on the invoice it says "bill to account", the account being the landlord's account, the tech made us (the tenants) pay him. Now…
Our Independence Green Apt complex in Farmington Hills, uses Rose Pest Solutions Metro Detroit North for any extermination & prevention needs in our large complex. I am grateful that they do. Today, John came here and was equally professional & friendly & very patient in answering my questions. He really knew a lot…
It took a few visits before Rose was able to determine the source of the problem and a viable solution. I was able to seal the window space in the kitchen where ants were entering. Now I just keep Rose's maintenance service up for all insects around the house.
Matt was knowledgeable, courteous, informative, and we feel we are now in good hands with having him in charge of our pest control.
Showed up on time and did a very good job. Steve L. was very knowledgeable and personable.
As I live and breathe, Jordan Rosen (did I get the name right?) is a godsend. What started out as trillions of ants trying to evict me from my new home ended as trillions of ants regretting my call to Rose. It took a little over a week for me to notice the difference, but the difference was literally between live…
They did a great job and very efficient.
It was a two-time application and one outdoors. I have only seen one ant this summer. Thanks for great service.
They were fast on the scheduling and solved the ant problem right away. The ants did come back as expected and the bait took care of them again. Very satisfied.
Since using Rose Pest Solutions have not had any pest issues!
Great service
I love rose pest solutions, I have used them multiple times over the years and I am always satisfied by their work. They have great employees and I always feel safe as a single female to have them at the house. The first time we ever used them we had heard mice in the attic. The inspector found a leak when he was up…
