Rose Roofing made this entire process easy from start to finish. My questions and concerns were answered upfront, and these guys are absolute pros. The roof itself was a one-day build, and they cleaned up the entire mess as if they were never there. My neighbor even said they inspected their side to verify no mess…
Jonathan Rose is so easy to work with. Generated a quick and thorough quote, answered questions about shingles and manufacturers, and suggested vent and flashing changes. He helped choose between upgrades that made good sense, and those that did not. Scheduling was great, and he even accommodated some last minute…
Very pleased with the services provided by Rose Roofing. The guys did a great job and clean up afterwards. Jonathan came out next day with his drone and inspected - overall it was great experience working with Jonathan and his staff. Highly recommend.
I could not be more pleased with the work done on my property. We requested quotes from several companies, but Rose Roofing stood out as the quality company. The inspection and estimate were fair. Communication was excellent and we have 30 days to pay. The crew showed up at 6:30 AM sharp, stripped the old roof and…
I am very satisfied with Rose Roofing’s work from start to finish. They arrived on time, completed the roof in one day, and cleaned up afterward. I also appreciated the care they took to protect my landscaping. I highly recommend Rose Roofing.
If you're in need of a roof I highly recommend Rose Roofing. Excellent quality from start to finish. So pleased with the entire process. The entire team worked together and did an excellent job while also protecting my plants and property.
Fantastic experience from start to finish. Jonathan was informative and helpful throughout the planning process, and Diomar and his crew completed the roof installation efficiently and with excellent workmanship. The finished roof looks immaculate. Highly recommend!
Very honest! Great communication including their foreman. Quality work. Clean yard after the job was complete.
Rose Roofing installed our roof 11 years ago, and now they came back to do some maintenance repairs. Very prompt and professional. I highly recommend this company.
My dad had work done by the second generation Rose, which led me to reaching out when we were buying a house with an old roof that we wanted inspected, and ultimately we hired them to replace the roof. They're probably not the cheapest you can find, but I was consistently impressed with Aldridge's knowledge, the…
Rose Roofing is the best of the best. I have been a long term client with them (since 2016) and they are always responsive, reliable and perform high quality work. Thank you Jonathan and Team!
This was an exceptional experience - the Rose Roofing team really did an amazing job. Communication before, during, and after the project was excellent, and Jonathan (owner) and his crew worked quickly and precisely to completely replace my roof, add additional venting, and install skylights. Dealing with…
I would highly recommend Rose Roofing to anyone. Quality of work and attention to detail definitely exceeded my expectations. The bid process, flexibility with schedule changes and choice of materials were excellent.
Rose Roofing does an excellent job on repairing and installing our new roof. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and showed great attention to detail throughout the process. They also made sure to leave the place clean and tidy when the job was finished. Very professional and reliable service-highly recommended.
I had great experience with Rose Roofing company. They were professional, on time, and kept everything clean. The work quality was excellent, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this company
We have used Rose Roofing several times over the last 10 years. They are always very responsive both during initial inquiry and when the work is actually performed. Their pricing is very reasonable compared to other companies we have quoted and the quality of the work was excellent. I highly recommend them for…
They replaced my roof . They did a great job . They helped me with product selection /color and it turned out amazing. There were no delays . Everything was installed and cleaned properly . They sent me a drone view of the finished job. Jonathan was very helpful and awesome . My neighbor has also used them in the…
Rose Roofing is my go-to anytime a client needs roofing work. They’re quick to respond, fair on pricing, and do excellent work. Beyond that, they’re genuinely kind, trustworthy people—which makes all the difference when referring them to clients.
It was a great experience working with them! I like my roof and I feel like the roof is worth paying for the money. Rose roofing warranty program is great as well. I met a few roofers working on my property and they were smiling at me saying hello.
Jonathan Rose and the team at Rose Roofing are THE best in Houston. They are responsive, thorough and very easy to work with. I have used other roofing companies in the past and none compare to Rose Roofing.
Rose Roofing, led by Jonathan Rose has built a relationship with our family over the years based on trust. Aldridge Martinez was prompt and helpful. After multiple hail and wind storms over the past decade, our 15+ year-old roof never showed enough damage for them to recommend a replacement—which we really…
My home is 32 yrs old. Since the original roof, I have used Rose Roofing to install the only 2 replacement roofs on my home and if needed, I would use them again. Thanks Rose Roofing for years of great service.
Rose Roofing is the recommendation I make to any of my friends and colleagues who need roof work done! They are great, they have replaced my roof and fixed it twice after trees have damaged the roof. They are quick, trustworthy, and reliable.
Highly recommend. Great communication and job execution.
They were prompt and professional - the team did a great job efficiently executing on the project and cleaning up after. Thanks!
Rose Roofing has taken care of little projects for me over the years and more recently replace our whole roof. They are always honest and dependable. They arrived exactly when they said they would and worked so hard to get our new roof installed quickly and carefully. Jonathan is very responsive and does what he…
Great roofing contractor. Scheduled quickly and installed new roof in one day. Great experience at a fair price.
While doing a bathroom remodel, a hole was discovered in my roof. Multiple inspectors told me what I suspected; my roof was at the end of its life (it was installed in April 1997). After getting a number of estimates, I selected Rose Roofing. They are an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred contractor. They installed…
I have used Rose Roofing for various leaks and repairs for over 10 years, and mostly recently for a roof replacement. They are always prompt, honest, and reasonably priced. Most importantly, they are friendly and I speak to the same people each time I call. They have never suggested repairs that seemed unnecessary.…
Rose Roofing replaced my roof. They quickly provided a quote with options and started the work less than a week later. They did a great job, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for roof repairs or replacement.
Great company to with. They work quickly and clean. They are not trying to run ads in your yard or ring your neighbors. They come and do what they're hired for. No nails on the street afterwards as other companies left for our tires.
Rose Roofing is run by a third-generation roofer. I have used this trustworthy company since the late 1990s, and it has put two roofs on my house as well as repaired it. I have always been completely satisfied with its work. The craftsmanship is excellent, the work is meticulous and fast, and the owner and the crew…
Professional from start to finish. No follow up appts on my end to address any leaks from the install. (A day passed after install when a big storm came in). I thought it would be an all day install and was surprised when their crew finished around noonish. Very fast workers. Very thorough when scanning for nails afterwards.
Jonathan and his team are amazing to work with. Very honest and helpful through my roof replacement process.
This is our go to company for all our roofing needs. We have needed them for two different jobs and within a couple of days they were on the job and the price was right. 5 STARS
We had a great experience with Rose Roofing, after dealing with a nightmare of a general contractor who damaged our roof, I called Rose Roofing and they came out and fixed everything for a great price. The roof looks great and I feel so much better now. So glad to be able to support a neighborhood company, you can…
They were very flexible and accommodating with the scheduling. The job was done fast and on time. The roof looks great.
We have known and relied on Jonathan Rose, the CEO of Rose Roofing, and his late father for over 25 years, to replace and repair roofs. Their business meets the highest professional and ethical standards. Rose Roofing's work is impeccable, from installing new roofs to repairing roofs on newly-bought houses. This…
We had a professional experience with Rose Roofing. Mr. Rose made suggestions on available products that were more effective in cooling our attic area. After the job was completed, I went into the attic and it was definitely cooler thanks to the products he suggested. He listened to all our concerns and we are very…
They came in early... went at it with a passion and finished on time. All in the blazing heat. Good job, thanks.
Ive used Rose Roofing before and they did an excellent job then and they did an excellent job this time as well.
I've never been one to post reviews... but didn't want to pass up the opportunity to praise Rose Roofing for a job well done. They are a first class operation. From the initial phone call on Friday… to Jonathan Rose’s inspection on Monday… Jonathan even made a courtesy repair while onsite to make sure I didn't…
Rose Roofing was recommended to us from a friend, and they were SO right. From start to finish, Jonathan made choosing Rose Roofing an easy decision. He was honest about what we needed and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need like other competitors. His crew was THE MOST dedicated group we’ve ever had for a…
Rose installed our new roof ~8 yrs ago and were very professional, honest, and clean at a competitive price. So when we needed work done on our attic ventilation, we called Rose again. Responsiveness was quick. Inspection confirmed no roof damage from the recent hail storm… no attempt at upselling which I deeply…
Roof was damaged, Jonathon from Rose Roofing done an EXCELLENT job. Here are why Rose Roofing stood out from other contractors: 1) He submitted a quote with detailed information and related certifications within 24 hrs, the details helped homeowner clearly knows what materials and qty will be used. 2) He was very…
Fantastic company, they did an outstanding job getting the hard to find shingle we wanted, everything was top quality and a flawless installation. The prices were fair, the craftsmanship, and after job cleanup was perfect. They were able to do the complete job in one day. They also worked well the the solar company…
They did a fantastic job with the new roof! I am very please with Rose Roofing I highly recommend them. They were very informative 50 years experience. I have previously used them before. Very professional. 1 day service!
Rose Roofing is a top notch company with a family feel. Jonathan came out and gave me his professional opinion on the roof damage. He left it up to me to get a new roof, or to just do roof repairs. He, also, gave me information about the insurance process that I was completely unsure of. The crew that came to…
Where do I begin… Rose Roofing is a top-notch and trustworthy company. I first called them to repair a roof on a home I used to own in the Heights and I’ll never forget Mr. Rose passing on the job because he honestly didn’t know if he could fix a vexing situation with our flat roof. This is not a company that will…
Very happy with my roof replacement by Rose Roofing. Jonathon Rose was a pleasure to deal with through the entire process. Working with a local family business that’s been in operation for 50 years, along with the lifetime warranty, is what sold me.
This is the second time I’ve used Rose Roofing. Jonathan Rose has definitely kept the family tradition of high quality work at a reasonable price. His crew had a very tricky job and they paid great attention to detail. Johnathan sent photos throughout the process and the work was done and site left spotless in 6 hours. Highly recommend!
Jonathon Rose of Rose Roofing met with me pertaining to my roof replacement. We discussed the materials and work his company would provide. A contract was signed and a roof replacement date set for the following week. Of ten companies my wife and I had met with and vetted for roof replacement, we selected Rose…
Rose Roofing installed a new roof and were very professional in all their work. They arrived when they said, work was done according to our agreement, and they completed the job on time. No radios or other loud distractions. I am 100% satisfied with the whole project and that comes from someone that runs commercial…
Rose Roofing run by Jonathan Rose is incredible. I literally cannot say enough good things about this Company. Jonathan Rose gave me a great price on a complete removal and replacement of a 30 year old 4000 square foot asphalt shingle roof and did the entire job in a day and a half. It was just incredible. And…
My house is 35 years old. Rose Roofing put a new shingle roof on about 10 years ago. We have been very pleased with the roof that was installed and the ridge vent that they added to the top of our roof. Over the years we have had a few different issues with small leaks. If you ask me, this is when you find out if a…
I have use Rose for several years and I have found them to be honest and very professional on every occasion.
I have used Rose Roofing several times over the last 20 years. They roofed my old 1950s ranch, and after I rebuilt, they have been there to repair roof damage related to storms. They are always professional, perform quality work, and charge a fair price.
We have used Rose Roofing for almost 30 years. They have replaced roofs on two homes and had actually done the roof on our current home before we purchased it. Recently had a branch from our oak tree fall on the house during a recent storm and they had the whole repair done within days of the incident.…
I researched over 20 roofing companies before finally deciding on Rose Roofing to replace my roof. The excellent quality of their work, the length of time the company has been in business and great communication with the owner were key reasons for my decision to use them. They lived up to all their great reviews and…
We have had Rose out to reroof 2 of our buildings. All the issues and concerns were addressed and taken care of. It’s very nice to have a company stand up for their workmanship and make sure everything in concern is taken care of. Recommended!
Jonathan & Jessica are awesome. Rose crew have the experience & did a great job. I have recommended Rose roofing to several of our friends.
Excellent product knowledge, up to date communications technology, and service delivery. The crew worked quickly and the clean up was outstanding. Highly recommend this company.
Very friendly and informative. Doesnt try to trick you into add ons not really needed. Honest price. Not the cheapest, but well worth the difference. Who really wants work done by the lowest bidder anyway..?
Great company! Very professional, responsive and quality work. Definitely recommend Rose roofing
We had Rose Roofing replace a roof in 2012 and had such a good experience that we contacted them again this year to replace our roof on another house. We were told it would take one and a half days. The crew started early and rushed the job so that they could finish in one day which resulted in some sloppy work.…
We are happy with the work Rose Roofing did to replace our patio roof, and especially happy that they evaluated our main roof and told us honestly that it did not need replacing.
Rose roofing was excellent at communicating and timely with a very good price ! Would use them again .
I was very happy with Rose Roofing. The new roof looks great!
Exceptional service! Great work and good job explaining everything to a lay person. I had a question that the owner personally came out to address. I would HIGHLY recommend!
The material use to install on our roof are not the material quoted. The workers do as they like and are not consistence with the workmanship. Supervisor is not around and one need to be around and takes pictures of the work done. They have to come back to redo the works on the few area of the roof. I would not recommended this roofing company.
Excellent Roofing company. Prompt, Professional and Good quality work.
We have nothing but good things to say about Rose Roofing. They were great to deal with, and answered all of our questions. When we were trying to pick a shingle color, they gave us the addresses of homes in our area where they had installed roofs to let us get a good feel for what it would look like. Their crews…
Rose Roofing was reliable, on time, professional, priced competitively with discounts for seniors and first responders. Job was done ontime and clean up was great. Would def recommend. Worked with Rose Roofing on two homes and I have been very happy with both. No issues one year later.
Jonathan was kind, honest, and helpful. The roof was completed in one day and looks beautiful. We’ve had no issues, and he was even able to refer us to a wonderful gutter company for new gutters.
I cannot speak highly enough about Rose Roofing. We have been using them for roof repairs since right after Hurricane Harvey. Eventually, after our 6th leak, Jonathan assessed our roof and informed us that while the shingles were decent quality, the installation prior to our purchase had been poor, and he…
Rose Roofing provided outstanding service from start to finish replacing our roof. As an owner, Jonathan is very detailed and organized. We were extremely pleased with the entire process.
Really good , on time , and great price. They repaired hail damaged fireplace chimney surround also. Much better than I expected work. Finally a company that fixes it right and doesn’t try to hard sell
I have used Rose Roofing before on another house and they did a great job. So I had them put new roof on my other house. The workers are very competent and the cleanup was terrific. I'd highly recommend Rose Roofing for the work, and the great treatment of the customer...just a superior company.
WOW! These guys were GREAT! They showed up early, brought a large team, and they all got straight to work. They ALL knew exactly what they were doing, were courteous when I interacted with them, but didn't really need anything from me: they came to do the job, and they did a great job. One day, house and shop! Done!
Wow!! I’d heard these guys were amazing and they really were. I mean, I’d expect this level of service from a company putting up a $50,000 roof that deals primarily in River Oaks (well, I’m sure these guys do that, too, but I just felt extra special here in Bellaire). The good stuff. 1) they had a quote to me in…
Great company! Came highly recommended by Corning Owens rep. I got best quality materials with Lifetime transferrable warranty. Started at 7am left at 330. Never could tell anyone was there. Thanks Jonathan and team. As easy as it gets.
A HUGE Thank you and shoutout to Rose Roofing for the excellent job of installing my roof years ago...2008. They were professional, courteous, friendly and did a perfect job with installation as well as clean up! Now, all these years later, I want to thank them for coming out so quickly for a repair....and free of…
They did an excellent job both in the installation and removing all debris. If you want top of the line service, I wouldn't go anywhere else. This is my second roof from Rose Roofing and I could not be more pleased with both.
Very nice, excellent work. This was the second time we have used Rose Roofing and we have been very satisfied both times.
Very reliable and great customer service. Thank you
Very satisfied with Rose Roofing. The crew was at our home exactly on time and worked hard all day and finished on time. The project was handled as Jonathan promised and communication with Jonathan and Lynda was timely. Best experience we have had with a contractor in a long time. Certainly would recommend Rose Roofing for any roofing projects.
I chose Rose Roofing Co., Inc. because they had a very good rating with Angie's List. They were an outstanding group to work with. The owner is very knowledgeable and communicates in a way I can understand. The office people are excellent and knowledgeable. She assisted me with selecting a shingle design. And the…
