Definitely a 5 star company.Great service very friendly employees ! A very professional well run company. Prices reflect honesty of accurate cost not overinflated quotes
Fast, efficient service. Great job fixing the many small repairs on roof. And gave an honest estimate on how much life our roof has left.
This was our first interaction with Rose Roofing as we only recently moved into the area. We are impressed with the professionalism exhibited by everyone on the team. All work was completed on time and billing was seamless. I am glad we found them and anticipate they will be our roofing team for as long as we own this home!
I had a great experience repairing my roof. Rose roofing came quickly to provide a free estimate for the required repairs. Very knowledge able and received a no pressure quote and was able to think about my options before committing to their service. Once I committed, service date was set up promptly and the…
Had a great experience with the team! I had them come give me a very competitive quote and then they came the next day and completed the work really quick. I had some follow up questions about the work and they came and answered all my questions. Great experience!
My dad had work done by the second generation Rose, which led me to reaching out when we were buying a house with an old roof that we wanted inspected, and ultimately we hired them to replace the roof. They're probably not the cheapest you can find, but I was consistently impressed with Aldridge's knowledge, the…
Rose Roofing is the best of the best. I have been a long term client with them (since 2016) and they are always responsive, reliable and perform high quality work. Thank you Jonathan and Team!
I had a great experience with Jonathan and his team at Rose Roofing. They came by my property and efficiently fixed things that were flagged in our inspection report. They were able to give me a proper update on the condition of our roof and I didn’t feel like they were over selling anything or trying to push me…
Jonathan is great! So professional, efficient and provided customized service to our needs. He did the inspection, provided us with competitive pricing for the repair and got the work done the next day. We are impressed with their efficiency, ease, competence and error free service.
Jonathan and the entire team were amazing! My roof was repaired within 3 days of my original call. The team was quick, professional, tidy and very affordable. Highly recommend
Highly recommend Rose Roofing. Johnathan and his team do great work. He learned his trade from his grandfather and worked with him as a young boy. Sweet story.
Rose Roofing has great service and do excellent work. They are prompt and efficient and make repairs easy on the home owner. I highly recommend them!
We have used Rose Roofing several times over the last 10 years. They are always very responsive both during initial inquiry and when the work is actually performed. Their pricing is very reasonable compared to other companies we have quoted and the quality of the work was excellent. I highly recommend them for…
Honest and good! I have used Rose roofing on a few occasions. I know my roof is getting old but Rose is honest they will repair if they can and do an inspection and a great job in repairs. Rose Roofing is a trusted source for roofing & roof repair. Where other companies try to up sell by misleading you to believe an entire new roof is needed, Jonathan Rose will be honest and very exact in repairing what is required for your home. We have been using this company for over 8 years & have never been disappointed with their workmanship.
Rose Roofing has replaced several roof over the years for me personally and in my Real Estate Business. Rose roofing is always my go to for Inspections and minor roof repairs. I Highly recommend Jonathan, he is always prompt and extremely honest with what needs attention.
I have used Rose Roofing and been associated with many projects with this great company for 2 decades! Best roofing company in Houston. They actually know how to repair and roof and are not just storm chasers like so many today.
I’ve been using Rose Roofing for over 30 years , they are very honest, dependable, easy to work with, and reasonably priced, thank you for being there when we need you!
Rose Roofing is my go-to anytime a client needs roofing work. They’re quick to respond, fair on pricing, and do excellent work. Beyond that, they’re genuinely kind, trustworthy people—which makes all the difference when referring them to clients.
Jonathan Rose and the team at Rose Roofing are THE best in Houston. They are responsive, thorough and very easy to work with. I have used other roofing companies in the past and none compare to Rose Roofing.
Fast and best service ever have
Rose Roofing is the recommendation I make to any of my friends and colleagues who need roof work done! They are great, they have replaced my roof and fixed it twice after trees have damaged the roof. They are quick, trustworthy, and reliable.
Did a good job analyzing where the nails in the roof left from other roofing company was causing leaks to our ceiling. The roofer contractor repaired nail holes, resealed vents, replaced shingles and we have not had any leaks since the repairs were done.
Jonathan (CEO) thoroughly inspected roof leakage, issued solution / competitive estimate within hours, and arranged his crew to make repairs within few business days. The crew completed the project in a professional and timely manner. The whole process, including convenient payment options, was streamlined. Will…
Quick response, good explanation as to what they are going to do, backed up with pics before and after. Rained the next day. Work tested out good....
I have used Rose Roofing for various leaks and repairs for over 10 years, and mostly recently for a roof replacement. They are always prompt, honest, and reasonably priced. Most importantly, they are friendly and I speak to the same people each time I call. They have never suggested repairs that seemed unnecessary.…
Rose is amazing. I own several businesses and will always use them. Honesty and professionalism. They are second to none. I highly recommend them.
Prompt response to service request. Thoroughly assessed exterior roof with use of drone and visually inspected interior area of roof and determined and remediated problematic area(s) by replacing decking and shingles. Also provided estimate of new roof without sale pressure, indicating 17 year roof was in good shape and had several years of life left.
I can't say enough good things about these folks. We've used them for several roof repairs and remodeling-related mofifications. They show up as promised, do quality work, and charge a fair price. Highly recommend!
Great customer service at a good price.
Best of best! Will be my go to!
Family business. Ultimate professionals. Sound advice and maintenance recommendations. No overselling. Highly recommended.
Rose Roofing was responsive. Technician was able to identify the cause of my roof leak in short time. Recommended the remedy and conducted a complete inspection of the roof. Repairs were made soon after at a reasonable price. Great job all around.
Rose Roofing came out gave us a great price to tack on the shingles that came off, caulk, and paint the metal jacks. They inspected and showed us pictures before and after the work they did. We’re pleased!
I was referred to Rose Roofing by a friend who was very happy with their work. I called the office and left a message and my call was returned immediately. The office staff was so knowledgeable and helpful. I need a quote for some work and they got it back to me that afternoon. I was very happy with my experience and recommended Rose Roofing.
We have known and relied on Jonathan Rose, the CEO of Rose Roofing, and his late father for over 25 years, to replace and repair roofs. Their business meets the highest professional and ethical standards. Rose Roofing's work is impeccable, from installing new roofs to repairing roofs on newly-bought houses. This…
I've never been one to post reviews... but didn't want to pass up the opportunity to praise Rose Roofing for a job well done. They are a first class operation. From the initial phone call on Friday… to Jonathan Rose’s inspection on Monday… Jonathan even made a courtesy repair while onsite to make sure I didn't…
Amazing work!
Rose installed our new roof ~8 yrs ago and were very professional, honest, and clean at a competitive price. So when we needed work done on our attic ventilation, we called Rose again. Responsiveness was quick. Inspection confirmed no roof damage from the recent hail storm… no attempt at upselling which I deeply…
Contacted Rose Roofing based on their strong online reviews. Called (May22) stating I needed an inspection and repair from some recent storm damage. Had an appointment inside of a week which was fine as we had no obvious leaks. Jonathan the owner came out and inspected the damage and it wasn’t too severe and he was…
I've used Rose Roofing for over 16 years. They are professional, knowledgeable, honest, responsive... really I could go on and on. There is no one else that I would call for my roofing needs. Thank you Jonathan and your team for everything.
I kinda joke about the fact I’ve never met a roofer who told me everything is ok, but many of them are laser focused on selling you new roof regardless. I have a 13 year old roof without any leaks, but I’m a realist that it probably needed some TLC. And, I wouldn’t know what to look for anyway. Jonathan gave me an…
Very friendly and knowledgeable. Came out to check our roof quickly after we found some raccoon damage. Then repaired it very fast also. Definitely would recommend them
Where do I begin… Rose Roofing is a top-notch and trustworthy company. I first called them to repair a roof on a home I used to own in the Heights and I’ll never forget Mr. Rose passing on the job because he honestly didn’t know if he could fix a vexing situation with our flat roof. This is not a company that will…
I highly recommend Rose Roofing for their honesty, quality work, and reasonable prices. After another roofing company told me my roof needed to be completely replaced, I called Jonathan from Rose Roofing for a second opinion. He took the time to inspect my roof and informed me that a repair would be sufficient for…
This is the second time I’ve used Rose Roofing. Jonathan Rose has definitely kept the family tradition of high quality work at a reasonable price. His crew had a very tricky job and they paid great attention to detail. Johnathan sent photos throughout the process and the work was done and site left spotless in 6 hours. Highly recommend!
Jonathon Rose of Rose Roofing met with me pertaining to my roof replacement. We discussed the materials and work his company would provide. A contract was signed and a roof replacement date set for the following week. Of ten companies my wife and I had met with and vetted for roof replacement, we selected Rose…
Jonathan did a good job of inspecting our roof and walking us through our repair or replacement options. We went with the recommended repairs. Jonathan then came out to check on the repairs after recent strong storms.
My first experience with Rose Roofing was with Ken Rose in Sept or so of 2008. That project was a tear-off and replacement job that was just beginning as hurricane Ike hit. The project concluded ahead of schedule and I could not have been more impressed or satisfied! The current visit was basically repair work…
They were prompt in giving me an estimate. Price was reasonable, repairs were completed in less than a day. I had a home inspector at my house on the day they made the repairs so I had him check out the completed work, he was very impressed, saying it was ‘superb’.
My house is 35 years old. Rose Roofing put a new shingle roof on about 10 years ago. We have been very pleased with the roof that was installed and the ridge vent that they added to the top of our roof. Over the years we have had a few different issues with small leaks. If you ask me, this is when you find out if a…
Jonathan at Rose Roofing checks my roof annually and recommends small, affordable repairs so that we stay on top of maintenance and insure that my roof will last as long as possible. He's done this for me for many years. He comes out personally to check my roof and I know he will be there for my family if I ever need him in an emergency.
I have use Rose for several years and I have found them to be honest and very professional on every occasion.
I have used Rose Roofing several times over the last 20 years. They roofed my old 1950s ranch, and after I rebuilt, they have been there to repair roof damage related to storms. They are always professional, perform quality work, and charge a fair price.
I cannot say enough to properly express my satisfaction with working with Rose Roofing. I have a property in Houston that I cannot easily access. They went to the place, made an assessment, and performed the work perfectly. The fees were competitive. Later, the house had a different problem. They came out to assess…
Jonathan came over to do inspection as condition for getting new homeowners insurance. He sent a clear explanation of what was needed with pictures. The repairs were done quickly and he sent pictures of the work. The entire experience went well from start to finish and I'd call Rose Roofing again for any roof work.
Very friendly and informative. Doesnt try to trick you into add ons not really needed. Honest price. Not the cheapest, but well worth the difference. Who really wants work done by the lowest bidder anyway..?
Rose Roofing installed our roof also years back. They had to remove 2 layers of roofing one was cedar shingles. We have been well pleased with their work over the years.
Based upon my realtor's recommendation, I have used Rose Roofing now on two properties during the inspection and repairs process. The team at Rose Roofing are responsive, punctual, courteous and professional. In a time when it is hard to find quality, trustworthy contractors that price their work fairly and treat…
Owner gave a honest evaluation of my roof, gave a fair estimate and completed the work as stated in the quote.
Jonathan came out on quick notice to inspect our roof that was leaking at the seam of an old vent. It’s good to see a CEO that is hands on with their work! Jonathan was sure to provide us with different ways of fixing the problem, and we ended up removing the plastic vents all together, since they were unnecessarily…
Easy to work with. quality work....well done
Jonathan and his crew were extremely professional and timely. They also gave us a great quote compared to everyone else and did a great job with the install. The roof looks amazing. Highly recommend them!
We are happy with the work Rose Roofing did to replace our patio roof, and especially happy that they evaluated our main roof and told us honestly that it did not need replacing.
Jonathan Rose, came out for a roof inspection. Even though everyone in my neighborhood is getting a new roof he reassured me I was only currently in need of some maintenance and repair. His staff was here in a flash and were thorough in their execution. They even showed me the before and after pictures. This Co.…
Our roof developed a leak during all this rainy Houston weather. I called Rose Roofing and set up an appointment. Jonathan came out as scheduled, got up on our roof in wet weather and made a minor repair. Quick, and efficient and didn't charge us for his time! We have used Rose Roofing on another house in the…
Very nice, excellent work. This was the second time we have used Rose Roofing and we have been very satisfied both times.
