Great local company! We've used them on numerous occasions. My carpet was extremely dirty in our master bath from all the hair products. Ross Cleaning made it look very good. We've used Ross several times and we had more of a pet odor issue this time that the carpet cleaning did not eliminate and Ross is working with us to address this. I appreciate that they are willing to assist us with this.
