They told us the costs up front and told us everything they’d be doing every step of the way. When our insurance didn’t cover the damage, they worked with us on the costs. Highly recommend! It’s a situation I hope we are never in again, but if we are I would not call anyone else.

Ross Restoration charged us almost double what they quoted us. They never gave us any indication that the project was going over budget and there was no work change request or anything to show extra work was needed. I understand a small variance between quote and final invoice but this goes beyond that. They refused to negotiate the final invoice. Terrible service, do not recommend.

Ross Restoration saved my vacation!
We were in Florida and found out that our basement had filled with water. We called Ross Restoration and within an hour had the owner Adam Ross on site getting things ready to dry out and clean out our basement! Followed closely by his team who started the process!
Their quick action saved us valuable time and effort! Top notch from the start to the finish!
