Ross Restorations’ customer service is outstanding. They did an excellent job drying out my walkout basement (AKA: my 94yo Dads apt.) after a water leak. They took extra care to keep Dad in his space for as long as possible. Everyone on the crew was reliable, friendly and worked hard.

Can't say enough about how quickly the water damage was resolved by Ross Restoration. Adam arrived early the morning after and explained their process thoroughly, gave great references for repairs and plumbing. Two weeks later, the laundry room is looking great again!!
