Ross Restorations’ customer service is outstanding. They did an excellent job drying out my walkout basement (AKA: my 94yo Dads apt.) after a water leak. They took extra care to keep Dad in his space for as long as possible. Everyone on the crew was reliable, friendly and worked hard.

Can't say enough about how quickly the water damage was resolved by Ross Restoration. When my basement flooded I called a couple of places. Ross was the first available so we used them. They were kind, informative, and honest. Ross did a great job drying my water issues on three levels of floors because of water line leak in the wall. They were quick and respectful. I’d recommend them to anybody.

Ross Restoration is the best in Fort Wayne. I chose them for my mitigation work based on a referral from a friend that also went through a recent water loss, and I was not disappointed. They were very professional, efficient, and thorough. I cannot recommend them enough!

When our dishwasher flooded our kitchen and down into the basement, our insurance company directed us to Ross. We are so happy they did! They were very professional and accommodating. They were very knowledgeable in what needed to be done. They were as conservative as possible in drying around our cabinets to try to save as much as possible.

Both Anthony’s everyone else involved did Great Work, as well as helped going through the process. Couldn’t have asked for better results.
